I have had my nose cauterised twice re using steroid sprays for hay fever and allergies in the last 6 months - I’ve been in a lot of constant discomfort with a dry sore nose , constantly streaming - prickly - itchy - eyes watering - sneezing non stop - my ENT consultant told me to buy this yesterday - but you can only get it on Amazon he told me - I ordered it and it was delivered the same day thank you ! - omg it’s a miracle - I’ve been so much better after one use last night and have used it now twice today - itching gone - prickly gone - sneezing improved massively - no runny eyes - thank you 🙏 it’s an amazing product - a life saver !!!!

This has soothed my sore nose. My only issue is the lack of a translation in the instructions. Unfortunately I’m like most British people and can only speak English. I wish I could speak German!

I was recommended this by my ENT consultant having tried various other products for dry nose following surgery.This stuff is great. It. Smells lovely. With a hint of satsumas. You only need a small amount - one spray and it keeps the nasal passages moistened for hours.

Smells great, feels good on application, but after two days it completely clogged up my eustachian tube and caused a nasty bout of otitis with dizziness and nausea. And I paid through the nose for it!

It’s good quality German made and works well.Don’t use to much as it can make your throat itch and cough.

Got it as it was recommended from a cousin to help with the nose dryness issue.Used for two days only, and it didn’t helped muchIt makes the nose so oily and some times block itIt try to keep using it for a little while maybe it will workTry not to use more than one bump in each nose

Bought this as recommended by Consultant at hospital last week as there is no steroid which other products have when used to lubricate the nasal passage in the nose.

Didn’t seem to work at first but bottle needed to be inverted to prime the spray. Has continued to work well since then. Definitely helps with dryness.
