On the package, it says 5mg of Fe2+ (don't know if that is elemental iron or not). However, it is far better absorbed than other forms of supplements with about a 10 or 15% absorption rate.

Yes, each box has 28 sachets, so 4 boxes will have 112 total.

Q: Is this 4 pack apple flavored?

They say it it apple flavored, but it is unlike any apple I have ever tasted. It is impossible to drink without putting into juice or something else. I suppose the apple flavor tastes slightly less horrible on its own than does the unflavored, but the flavor of either is something to be overcome, in my opinion.
