The green one seems to be the newest model and features a hand guard, brushless motor, and an automatic oiling feature (more on that later).Can’t believe how much work I got done with this little tool. Compact but very handy and is strong enough to easily cut through brush and small trees. Very similar to a Ryobi I was looking at for less than half price. Comes with two batteries. One battery lasts me long enough to fill 2 trash cans with cuttings!The only drawback was that the so-called auto oiling feature is not exactly accurate. This doesn’t mean you can just fill the reservoir with bar and chain oil run it. Rather, you still have to remember to manually press a button every so often to release the oil onto the chain.Lastly, customer service was excellent and responded right away when I had an issue.2 month UPDATE: this is still an awesome chainsaw that is very useful but less than 2-months later and it’s useless. Perhaps it’s better to buy the older model than this newer Green one with the hand guard and brushless motor as I can’t find any replacement parts for this green unit. I needed a replacement chainsaw bar and chains and TOMYVIC customer care pointed me to their red replacement bar and chains saying they would fit as long as I don’t mind the red color. I thanked them and purchased the replacements only to find that the holes of the red replacement chain bar does not align with the green chainsaw. Furthermore, red chainsaw bar comes with a 6” chain with 37 drive links while the green one uses a 6” chain with 36 drive links. So basically, with a dull chain, warped chainsaw bar, and no replacement parts for the green unit, this chainsaw is useless after 2 months. I believe this updated model is better but without parts, it may be smarter to still with their older model.

Love this. It came and instructions very easy to understand. Works perfect. Got so much fallen limbs cut up in one day and still charge left on the battery. Did much better than I thought it would for a mini saw. This little thing is a beast. I’ll use it a lot and it was well worth the purchase

A wonderful tool! This saw is a real workhorse. I bought it for clearing out the mesquites that were taking over the trail I walk, and it did a great job. The goggles and gloves that came with it could have been left out of my box. The goggles wouldn't stay on even without my glasses. The gloves might have been adequate had I not been dealing with 2.5 inch thorns. The saw is light weight and easy to use. Absolutely love it!

Okay, this is a marvel tool. I didn't expect much but I was very wrong. This sucker cuts through things very quickly. It is so lightweight and easy to use. I found myself searching for things I can use this on. I would definitely buy it again. The charge isn't as long as I anticipated so having 2 batteries is a must.

EXCELLENT, easy to use: good: weight & battery & design & size & a females best friend : don't know what the suggestion on battery life means.because use it incrementally maybe an hour a day with a huge yard & time has to be included. Jan 2025

The saw is great for small projects, especially useful for trimming plants in the yard. The box it comes in holds the batteries, charger, safety glasses, etc. I especially love the pink color. I am an 85 year old female and nobody doubts it is mine.

This thing is amazing! If you're just trying to chop up some kindling for a fire, take a small branch down real quick, etc. this is so easy to grab and go! The case is poorly designed and not intuitive as to how to put the chainsaw Back into it, I wish there were more defined slots for everything and it was easy to see how it went in, but nevertheless for the price I couldn't be happier. I just wanted to take down some small branches hanging over my driveway that were far too thick to cut by hand and it did a fine job. Tiny branches that are just as easy to nip with hand nippers are best left to that, this thing will rattle on them a lot, but small 1/2" - 5" limbs cut beautifully.This is NOT a self lubricating chainsaw as it doesn't run on 2stroke! So remember after each use to spread a little oil on it and run it a few seconds to distribute the oil (turn the machine towards something and away from you so oil doesn't splatter so much). The chain could be sharpened, but the chains are cheap and we have a scrap metal place so I'll likely just replace the chain when the time comes.Chainsaws are inherently dangerous, and I think as cute and small as this is and how lightweight it is people can get complacent very quickly and end up injured. That is not the fault of this chainsaw though, just a precautionary disclaimer that even cute small tools are dangerous ones.

The best $$$ I ever spent. Works great and as described. Light weight and cuts like butter. Love it!! The gloves are too thin but appreciate the thought. Only wish is that it would have a lock safety trigger instead of the button safety. Nonetheless, I would recommend this purchase to all that have saplings or brush to clear. Also, the battery last a long time. I have them both chargedjust in case and switch out if necessary, which only happened once after an hour on the 1st battery. Overall no issues.
