100 lb Bernadoodle, Kevin, has a field day with this ball
This ball is thick, slick plastic which makes it impossible (so far) for my doggo to get a good enough grip on it to ruin it. It's an absolute hoot to watch him dribble and chase it. One of the best products I've come across for my big guy.

All the social papers say I've got the biggest balls of all.
BackgroundI have the 10" version with no removable plug or fill hole, just a small, concave "belly button" evidently from the molding process. A new 10" ball I purchased more recently (Nov 2015) as a gift had the belly button filled in completely with what appeared to be a plastic weld of the same material. Both balls are blue.My dog, Roscoe, is a 50 pound, 1 year old pit bull of some sort. He's a strong, though not prolific, chewer. He's not the most athletic dog. He suffered a leg injury as a puppy and never quite learned to run properly. He typically prefers tug to any other game and will turn fetch into tug after one or two throws. The ProductThe ball is a very heavy plastic shell around a hollow core. Thanks to the lack of fill hole that some others have received, Roscoe can't get a purchase on it with his teeth. The surface is now well scarred with scrapes and scratches, but none of them are close to penetrating the surface. Despite its deceptively high weight, the ball floats on water, though I noticed it seemed to take on a little bit of water after Roscoe knocked it in the pond. I suspect if it is not completely air- or watertight, but the newer ball with the welded hole may rectify that.A local dog park has a similar ball. I should say "had" because some senseless person reeled back and kicked it with her toes, causing the park to remove the ball for humans' safety. It is not a soft or light ball. I still kick it around when playing with Roscoe, but even I have enough sense to not jam my toe into it. It's easy and fun to boot it around, even in thin, canvas moccasins. Roscoe will chase it, push it back, and play "soccer" with me until one of us breaks it loose and the cycle continues. He's even gotten good about stopping the ball before it rolls into the flower gardens and pushing it out when it does. If I had a fully fenced yard with no gardens, I'd have no qualms about letting him play with it alone. Unfortunately, Roscoe has the bad habit of trying to remove vegetation around the ball when it gets stuck. I've lost a few lilac suckers already. The ball is also NOT an indoor toy. It is big, heavy and loud when on hard floors, and could be dangerous to delicate furnishings. Roscoe also has the habit of pushing the ball up when it's in a corner, and he has launched it at least coffee table-high. He also slobbers on the ball quite a bit. I imagine it would transfer easily to carpets and upholstery. The slobber does leave residue on my socks and pant legs when I'm playing soccer with it.Dog's ImpressionsRoscoe loves this ball. When it is in the yard, he is totally focused on pushing it around with his head and chest. Stuff that would normally distract him like neighbors, neighbors' dogs, and squirrels all seem to fall by the wayside. My neighbor's dog also liked playing with it, but he would mainly push it around with his paws. Roscoe will have burned a lot of energy after 20 minutes of soccer and will be totally gassed after 30. Getting it away from him is still tough, as he will hug the ball with his front paws so tightly that I have to struggle to get it away!On Roscoe's first introduction to the ball, he was a bit scared. I put it on a linoleum floor and it would roll around a bit on its own, trying to find equilibrium. Once it was stable on grass (or snow, as it happened), Roscoe was much more comfortable with it.

BELGIAN MALINOIS (MALAGATOR) TESTED AND APPROVED.
So far so good it's a hard plastic I have 2 MalagatorsThey play together with it using their noses all day.Only problem the bridge of their nose has no hair on it because it's hard. So tomorrow I'm covering it with soft material by popping 2 balls using material to cover your hard ball. They are amazing Soccer players. Even flip the ball in the air to land behind them. VIDEO Coming!

Big hard ball
Bought this for my dog. It's not good for dogs because it's a very hard indestructible ball. I tried to kick it across the yard and hurt my toe. It would be good for horses to push around and play with but not dogs. It is very good quality tho.

Awesome product for dogs
I have several dogs(not saying the number) that love toys and also love destroying toys. Not all of my dogs are interested but the few that are have a blast! This ball really is indestructible!! If the world came to an end, this ball would still be here! It is better for dogs that like to herd, that's why not all of mine are interested. Keeps the on es that are playing for a long rime. They can not bite into it or carry it around. Great product, especially for herders.

The best thing for my dog i've ever bought
If you have a high energy dog that constantly needs attention, I CANNOT recommend this enough. I have a German Shepherd and this is the best ball he has ever had by far. He is nonstop with it and it keeps his mind and body healthy because dogs need both mental and physical stimulation. All he wants to do is play with it, nonstop. It's the first thing he does after going for an hour walk. It gets his heart rate up and I don't have to do anything but listen to it banging everywhere. Which is the one caveat - it will be very loud and probably damage alot of things so i'd suggest putting it in a place like a fenced yard.

Best toy ever - until it wasn't
This ball quickly became my German Shepherd's favorite toy. We have a fenced backyard and he learned to maneuver the ball everywhere. He would play hard for 20 or more minutes until I needed to take it away to get him to rest. He would push the ball with his nose, and it was too big for him to bite or chew. This was exactly what I needed to give him the right kind of intense exercise he could do independently. Unfortunately, after several days (of about 20-40 minutes of play per day), his nose developed bloody sores where pushing the ball caused the skin and fur to rub off. I had been filing down rough spots and I decided gave his nose several days to heal but it happened even quicker the second time around. I've considered buying him a muzzle (?) to protect his nose but still allow him to play but have yet to find a muzzle that will allow him to properly breath and not cause sores on his nose as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated. As I said, this is the best exercise toy ever and seems very durable. I had to hide it because he gets very excited when he sees it - favorite toy! So the three-star rating would be a five-star if there was no nose injury and a one-star if he didn't love it so much. I would really love to have a solution or suggestion for a similar, less damaging ball.

It lives to its name
This ball is definitely one my dog doesn’t touch because he can’t destroy it so it def has lived to its name. The only downside is that it’s way to hard for the type of play my dog does.

Love these for my doggy daycare
I purchased these for my doggy daycare because softer balls kept getting chewed. These are a hit, and strong hard plastic. I will be buying more in the coming months.

Finally a Durable/Lasting Ball for our Lab!
After numerous basketballs, soccer, large tennis balls that all fell victim to our 65 pound lab in a day or two we paid the big bucks and bought the 10" Indestructible ball from Amazon. This ball is simply amazing for our dog!! Our dog loves to chase, flip the ball in the air off the fence. She chases it, is able to dribble it like a soccer ball across our yard. Our dog is an English lab and super strong - so this size and weight is perfect for her. The ball is heavier for sure than a basketball so it is not something you throw in the air for her to head it like a soccer ball. But for an aggressive chewer and chaser this ball is fantastic!

Balle indestructible
