MasterClass Cake Tin, Carbon, Grey, 28 x 18 x 18 cm

This is excellent. So easy to use. Loose bottom so easy to get the cooked cake out. I put a piece of baking parchment in the bottom as I made shortbread and needed to mark it out while it was still warm and the parchment protected the metal base. Sturdy. So many times I have bought baking trays which buckle as soon as they hit the heat thus making them totally useless. How nice that this manufacturer respects the customer enough to give them a product they can use successfully instead of just grabbing money for something useless. Masterclass - I will remember the name and buy from them again if I need another baking tin.

It was everything that you need from a pan.. Sturdy, easy to clean and the cake just pushed out from the bottom. What’s not to like

Perfect. I was after a 8x8 baking tin with vertical sides and this is exactly what I wanted. The loose base makes it very easy to remove the baked goods from the tin. The non-stick is working well, but I usually line my baking tins. The material is quite thick and of good quality. I think this tin will last a long time.

I used this square, non-stick baking tin to make a batch of breakfast bars.The tin is far shallower than the one I have been hitherto using. Nevertheless, it fitted the batch quantity well. Its relatively shallow depth means that it has the added advantage of being able to be placed in the centre of the oven with the top shelf above and in situ. Up until now, I have always had to remove the top shelf which, in a small kitchen, means I need extra space.I did not grease this tin and admit to being delighted that no grease is necessary. I noticed that baking was even but the biggest surprise was that the biscuits browned more quickly than ever before.The bottom of the tin is removable and the breakfast bar batch is easy to lift out. The mixture did not adhere to the sides nor to the bottom. I call that a result!

This was the first brownie pan I've ever had. Bought it at a good price last year and I am coming back to purchase another one as I left the first at my previous house. I used it almost everyday but as far as I could remember, this pan had never shown any defect or used mark. Washed very easily(I didn't use the dishwasher though). Heavy enough to prevent it from bending or deforming.Yes I very22222 recommend this product if you would like to have a great bakeware. And I'm going to buy a new one now!

Utilisé pour faire des brownies. Parfait. Aucune difficulté pour démouler ou pour nettoyer après utilisation.

Me encantó para pastelería. Si bien el antiadherente está bien, siempre uso papel encerado por costumbre. El fondo se quita (que para desmoldar viene muy bien) pero hace que a según qué preparación no sea el molde ideal .Contento 100%Recomiendo 100%Tanto, que compre 4 ya (porque los uso, se mantienen perfectos y no intentas rallar los o fregar los con estropajo duro)

Sehr praktisch- lässt sich gut reinigen.

Grundlegend eine gute Backform, wenn die Einlegeplatte entgratet wäre!!! Leider wurde bei meiner Form durch die Einlegeplatte die Beschichtung an den Ecken abgekratzt. Dadurch fing sie an zu rosten, ohne dass sie in der Spülmaschine war und immer vorsichtig behandelt wurde. Schade.
