Works fine so far. Fair warning, when I got it the box was all open and beat up, but honestly I think that's more of an issue with Amazon than this product brand because I've had similar issues recently with other stuff I've ordered and have seen many other reviews of other products being received damaged/beat up/opened. The good thing is that mine still had the safety seal on it so it was fine but just something to be aware of, I don't know maybe buy it from target instead if they stock it.This does have kind of a weird smell, not bad or chemically just weird.It is good on my sensitive skin though.

Comes in a nice wide, opaque white, plastic bottle. It has a plastic cap that you push down one side, and the other side that pops up. When tilting the bottle, the cleanser doesn’t pour out. I’d say the cleanser has a medium gel consistency, but it’s doesn’t feel sticky at all, and it’s a foggy clear color in the bottle. The scent is amazing, at least in my opinion. It smells a little of chamomile and like a rose essential oil, which is not in the ingredients, so this is just my take on it. Either way, I’m loving the scent, it’s not overpowering, and I don’t smell it after washing off. If your nose is sensitive to strong scents, this one would be great since imo it’s lightly fragranced. It feels really good on the face while massaging in, it’s very smooth. I got most off with one good splash on the face, so it did come off pretty easy. It left no residue at all, and before moisturizing, my face felt clean and softer. This cleanser didn’t dry out my skin at all, but added hydration. I have dry, sensitive skin, and had no redness, burning, irritation, or any other negative reactions during or after using.Overall, this is something I will be purchasing in the future when I run out, it was a win for me, I love how it makes my skin feel, it’s hydrating and gentle on my skin, love the scent, and i would 100% recommend.Note: I couldn’t find an expiration date, but it’s good for 12 months after opening.

The very first time I order a cream facial cleanser from this company I loved it, so I ordered another & it’s not the same one :( it dries my face out where as the 1st one didn’t and it made my face feel soft. I don’t know which one it was so I’m so bummed.

I am in my late 40's with extremely dry, sensitive skin.This comes nicely packaged in a white plastic bottle that should protect from light damage. The top pops open and it is easy to squeeze out the amount needed. The box was unsealed but there was a seal under the cap so there is tamper protection.This is a nice basic cleanser. The scent is natural without any added fragrances. It has a simple lather and rinses easily. I had no negative reactions from my sensitive skin.I didn't find this formula to be especially moisturizing. Someone with less dry skin might find it better. It did not strip my skin, but I also didn't feel especially nourished and I needed to follow up with a moisturizer after use.

Fragrance is the last ingredient in the list. I personally wish it didn’t have a scent, but the face wash did not irritate or bother my skin at all. The scent doesn’t linger after using, I only notice it when washing my face.I’m white, mid-thirties, with sensitive combination skin. I work outside a lot and use a lot of sunscreen, so I like face washes that get all that sunscreen gunk off without drying out my skin. This face wash did the job! It cleaned my face without drying out my skin, and it was easy to rinse off.I’m not the best at remembering to use moisturizer, so this face wash also has one other benefit for me: my skin actually feels softer after using it.
