Using it from last 2 years, good product, received installation service free, value for money, still using same ink came along with printer, 75% used till date. Blank ink 1 bottle still in stock. Price recovered comparing to zerox and colour prints from outside. But you need to print atleast one colour page daily other wise colours may get stuck. Print quality is good and ok for regular use but not camparable to Epson. Just one negative point amazon given PHA claim (tonner) for 1 extended year which is declined by HP. In holidays we went to Home Town and no printing happened so ink gets stuck, when I asked for warranty claim on PHA amazon didn't reverted till date. I paid from my pocket for repair even product was in extended warranty.

All in one printer from HP trusted brand made in Thailand. Good looks. Delivery promptly done. Packaging excellent. Installation easy and quick. 1+1 yr warranty. Took help of customer care to rectify warranty since it was for part of year not full year. Prints well . Good quality. Better than my previous printer 410 series lasted for 7 years. Extra black ink is another advantage. Recommended to anybody for home or office use moderately. Two year warranty claim is easy and given by company on demand.

Work like a Charm, useful for home use and school projects and printing is good. No connectivity issue, Self install is to easy. Color quality is good.

I’m really disappointed with this printer. First of all, it says “2-sided printing,” but it’s not automatic. You have to manually flip the paper to print on the other side — so it’s not real duplex printing. The printing speed is also way slower than what they mention. For colour prints, they say 24 ppm (which should be around 2.5-3 seconds per page), but in reality, it takes around 25 seconds for each colour page. For black-and-white, they claim 30 ppm, but it actually takes 15 seconds per page. Even the scanning quality is not good. Some scanned pages came out unclear and blurry, and the scanning speed is very slow. It takes a lot of time to scan even a single page. Also, the installation was supposed to be done within 72 hours of delivery. But even after 48 hours, no one contacted me. I got a call later and the installation finally happened after 72 hours. On the first day itself, a paper got stuck inside the printer. I used a clean sheet directly from the packet, so there was no issue with the paper. I tried opening the front door to remove it, but it didn’t come out. I had to call a known technician to remove it. Overall, many of the features mentioned on Amazon are misleading. Please don’t blindly trust everything that’s written.

Value for money product is a good investment and offers exceptional value for money. It is priced very reasonably while delivering exactly what it promises. The standout feature of this product is its reliable long-term durability, provided it is handled correctly.

Mobile conect very slow

The printer is slow and the price is high build quality is good and print quality is good but as shown on website printing speed of color and black pages per minute it is not even half. WIFI PRINT IS TOO SLOW THE PRICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN LESS THAN 10K NEVER EXPECTED FROM A BRAND HP AND THAT TOO ON AMAZON SITE.
