Stainless Steel Pasta Lasagne Maker Machine

I should have returned it as soon as i tried it but after a whole morning of engineering trying to get it to work as it should, I have THROWN IT IN THE BIN and learned a lesson - Stick to a brand I know. Very disappointed with this item, cheap and nasty and poor construction.When feeding the material through the rollers the material stuck to the rollers in places and was deeply grooved in others. I want nice smooth sheets with no indented grooves, which is what this thing is supposed to do. I haven't had this problem with any of my other machines, even in this price range.As I use these machines a lot so know a bit about them I decided to dismantle it and see what was wrong with it and if it could be repaired. I removed the two blades underneath the main rollers which are to stop the material sticking to the rollers, both blades had rough edges with clearly visible indentations, this was causing the deep ridges in my rolled sheets and allowing the material to stick to the rollers, I then sharpened the blades to remove all of the ridges and grooves but they were so deep I had to remove so much metal that the blades would not now reach the rollers when re-assembled so it was still not fit for purpose and went straight in the dustbin. Oh and this is also the model where the handle falls out constantly which is very annoying, the clamp is also small so only barely fits on a standard kitchen counter, beware if you have chunky worktops.

We requested a refund but we have been told to pay for postage - not happy!

-Sturdy constructions-Easy to use and adjust thickness' and pattern-Great finish makes it blend in with a sleek kitchen and not looking displacedOnly con is the clasp to hold it down isn't huge so it's fine hooking it onto a worktop but be careful about getting it inside of the cupboard lip and the worktop together.

It's very stiff and the gears don't mesh well. It was a bit rusty when I got it. Does the job though.

The handle keeps falling out which is really annoying.
