Incredibly happy with the condition of this iPhone both cosmetically and battery health
I ordered an iPhone 14 Refurbished Excellent from Amazons Renewed store but the first one arrived marked (Refurbished Good) I could see some small scratches and the battery health was at the bare minimum of 80% when 99% of Refurbished sellers rate Renewed Excellent as cosmetically near perfect and minimum battery health 85%+ so after speaking with CS and supervisors over a 5 day period and being promised several different things like partial refund or replacement (None of which happened and I was starting to get upset as I have been a Prime member for over 20 years so I just returned it and ordered another one from the Amazon Renewed store but the next morning I recieved a message/email from Amazon saying that the replacement iPhone I just ordered was coming from a seller other then the one I ordered it from? I contacted this 3rd party seller and explained what a bad experience I had had with the first one I ordered and they assured me that this time from them I would be receiving what I bought and paid for and I must say those words made me feel better so today when i received the iPhone I first looked it over and it was in pristine condition and the battery health was so much better then the first, in fact it was so good 90%+ that it made my whole day. I'm not a complainer at all generally but I also always stand up for myself when there is an issue with an order and I'm glad I did because as I stated this iPhone was leaps and bounds above the first one I received and so my hat is off to Cell Surfers who sell their refurbished iPhones on the Amazon renewed store occasionally if Amazon runs out of stock or their is an issue. I'm very happy with this and as it was a Birthday present I wanted it to be exactly what I paid for which was Refurbished Excellent and so far that's what I received (Possibly better) Now I just have to set it up and see if everything works correctly which I think it will.

I survived the refurbished iPhone lottery 😂
i’m not gonna lie, i went into this fully prepared to be bamboozled lol. the reviews were mostly good, but there were enough horror stories mixed in that i really had no idea what was going to show up at my door. refurbished phones seem to range from “basically brand new” to “this thing has clearly seen some things.” somehow, i ended up on the good side of the refurbished phone lottery. the iPhone 14 i received is honestly in near perfect condition. whoever owned this thing before me must have kept it protected because there are basically no scratches or noticeable wear. the only thing i can find is a tiny bit of discoloration around the outer edge of the camera area, and you really have to be looking for it. battery health came in at 85%, which i’m perfectly happy with. i was coming from an iPhone 12 Pro sitting at 75%, so 85% feels downright luxurious at this point lol. i’ve tested everything i normally use and the phone works exactly like it should. if you handed it to me without telling me it was refurbished, i genuinely wouldn’t know. if you live on your phone all day scrolling social media and battery life is everything to you, buying new might still make more sense. but if you’re like me and mostly use your phone for texting, email, looking things up, and normal everyday apps, this is more than enough phone. obviously refurbished is always going to be a little bit of a gamble, but this time Amazon dealt me a pretty good hand. i’m extremely happy with what i got and i’ll absolutely buy refurbished again. next time i might even get brave and try the higher-tier Renewed option. apparently this is who i am now. 😂

1st purchase was great! This one was not!
I have had this iPhone for 38 days. It has the worst battery life of any iPhone I've ever owned, and I have owned ONLY iPhones since the first version was released 17 years ago. This is the second iPhone 14 that I've bought from the renewed store . The first one I bought on December 4th, 2023, and I could not have been happier with the phone. It arrived in brand new condition, and performed flawlessly. On the recommendation of a friend, I checked the battery health and charging after having it for MONTHS and it was at 100%! I was thrilled! I absolutely loved the phone! I never had a single problem with it. Unfortunately, on July 30 of this year I dropped it, and it was beyond repair. I immediately went back to the Amazon renewed store and purchased another iPhone 14 because my experience with the first one was so fantastic. It arrived in new looking condition, exactly like the one I bought in December 2023. It was not scratched or anything really noticeable, it just seemed to be "worn" a little bit, but I fully understood that it was a renewed phone, and any cosmetic issues were not that important to me, including the color, which, when my iPhone is in its case, you cannot tell what color it is anyway. Unfortunately, I DID NOT look at the battery health and charging when I first got the phone 38 days ago, but I did look at it about two weeks ago, and it said 93%. I thought, ok, it's a renewed phone, it's not going to have 100% battery life. I can live with that. Well, I just looked at it today and it's now at 90% battery health and charging. So this phone is dying quickly. After being fully charged it dies within hours. I have it completely set up for optimized battery life. I have lost emails and messages that I was in the middle of composing, and the phone just dies. I've been in the middle of important phone calls when the phone dies, simply because I had just fully charged it a few hours before that, and thought I would be fine for hours to come. I just had a total shoulder replacement surgery a week ago, and I was on the phone with my doctors office yesterday about my first post-op appointment, and my phone died in the middle of it. I thought I had HOURS left before the phone would die. Then I had to plug it in, and wait for it to come back alive, so I could call my doctor back and hopefully not wait a half hour after losing my place in line. On top of that is also has issues with the touchscreen being glitchy, and sometimes I have to tap on things several times to get them to work. As I said, I have been an iPhone owner/user since the very first version came out 17 years ago. I've always loved all my iPhones, and I will continue to be an iPhone user for the rest of my life. This is in no way reflection on Apple iPhones whatsoever. They are an amazing and fantastic piece of technology. I think I just got a bad one for the first time in my life. Luckily, I have just checked and I have until November 6th to return this phone, and I WILL be returning it. The problem is, what do I do in the meantime? Am I expected to buy a new one and get that shipped to me, transfer all my information from this phone to the new one, and then return this one? That is extremely hard to do financially! I am actually still paying for this phone on my Amazon Prime American Express card! Or, do I return this phone and wait until the refund has been issued and then buy another phone? Then wait until that is sent to me. I would not have a phone for at least a week in the interim, and we all know these days that's a practical impossibility. I am also having several medical issues. Like I said, I just had a total shoulder replacement surgery last Monday, September 9th, and have several upcoming follow up appointments, and physical therapy appointments. I also have several other non-related medical issues that definitely require that I have a phone. I just don't know what to do.

Great purchase
I’ve had the phone for a few days now and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I will say my messages were glitching but I 100% believe it’s because iCloud was trying to load everything on the phone. The speakers work amazingly, the battery came with 99% which is AMAZING. It’s unlocked like it said and was EXTREMELY easy to set up. I saw one tiny scratch in the back on the phone which I truly don’t care about. I’m very satisfied with my purchase!

iPhone 4purchase
For the price of the phone and the condition, the phone is very good compared to my old iPhone 12 that it replaced. I selected the new phone vs a refurbished option, purchased the phone on 04/05/26..the phone occasionally glitches and there are times when it seems to not to respond to touch and also feels slightly warm after excessive usage. The charger that came with the phone charges fairly slow, but it forces me to stay off of the phone until it’s fully charged. Battery life was pretty decent, it was listed as 98%. Aside from the minor issues, the phone works exceptionally better than my old phone, it was easy to transfer all of my old data from the previous phone over, the camera quality is good…overall, I have no further complaints. Will I purchase again? Yes.

The price is very reasonable
I was pleasnatly surprised with this refurbished model. Purchased because I wanted something that would still be updated for several more years that wasn't bloated with AI slop. It was in great condition, no screen scratches or damage. The yellow color is very visible and fun to look at.

good price on a great used phone
Phone is in good physical condition. battery life is low at 82% but you cant expect much better from this model due to a known issue with battery life. Seller was fantastic and shipped device overnight at no extra charge. I will be sure to buy from them again.

This iPhone Version is Garbage. Clunky Metal Box
Giving a 3 because I hate this version of the iPhone and set up was NOT easy. And if you have Verizon as your cell carrier, they make it a nightmare to switch. Took 2.5 hours on the phone with them. Keep that in mind and go in person to the store. I wish we had. It also says it may not have an apple battery. See photo. What’s that about???? Upgrading? Don’t upgrade to this crap. I know it sounds weird, but I’ve had my XR for almost 7 years. I never had any issues with it, aside from less battery time. My husband’s isn't working properly so I thought I’d just upgrade both phones. I HATE the 14. It’s small, heavy, square and CLUNKY feeling. Why is my very old phone so much more light, thin, sleek and more modern looking? This Thing looks like an original iPhone. I’m still debating going back to my XR and returning this heavy hunk of metal. As far as condition, it looks great, aside from some scratches around the camera lenses, and mine does have 100% battery life. But I am very disappointed in the overall look and feel. I thought I would have been so excited getting a new iPhone after 7 years. Instead I looked at, looked at my old one and said, wow this new one is garbage. Maybe there is another version that is lighter and more modern and doesn’t look and feel like is from 2010, but this isn’t it. Save up some more and get a different version, I might do that still. Trust me, you won’t be happy with this small metal brick.

Good phone, but 84% battery health and too expensive
I bought this renewed iPhone 14 for my daughter because she is starting school. The phone itself works well and she is happy with it, but I was disappointed with the condition and the price. The phone arrived with a small scratch, and the battery health was only 84%. For the price I paid, I expected better condition and a higher battery health percentage. After buying it, my wife found a better deal for the same type of phone at stores in the city. Because of that, I feel I paid too much for this renewed phone. Overall, the iPhone 14 is a good phone, but considering the 84% battery health, the scratch, and the lower prices available in local stores, I don't think this was a good value. I would recommend lowering the price for renewed phones in this condition.
