Banglijian Rechargeable Hearing Aid RIC

I purchased this hearing aid for my left ear and it really works great! It fits perfectly and comfortably and easy to adjusts to a comfortable volume to allow you to effectively hear as necessary. Great customer support and fast shipping. Charging this device is simple and last all day! I recommend this device if you need a good hearing aid to boost the sound quality around you!

After using this hearing aid for three days it appears that it functions very well. I am able to hear all of the sounds I was missing in the past. There is no feedback, it fits easily in my ear and the charge lasts all day. So far, so good.

It worked very well... for a whole 2 months. Then it just quit. That's quite a lot to spend to only have use of it for 2 months. I didn't get it wet and I didn't abuse it. I cannot recommend this product.

I have three of these devices that stopped working after 13 months, another after 10 months.I think there is a design defect with RIC model.Bangilian is a mess. They do not respond to emails. Amazon refunded one but would only give a$30 credit for the other two. It might be a good idea to not buy hearing aids from the web as there islittle chance for returns. This particular company's catalog numbers are a confusing mess of stock numbersthat makes return impossible. Go elsewhere is my advice. Mike D

I have moderate hearing loss. It is worst in my left ear so I use one in just one ear. This is my second purchase of such a device. I knew I needed something with better signal to noise filtering, and of course that is the most difficult feature to perfect. When listening to the TV, this hearing aid is helpful, the challenge comes when the fireplace fan goes on. I found one of the modes to be helpful with this background noise. Thus, I am satisfied with its performance. If you never used one of these before, you will have to get used to the "noise" when you handle a ceramic cup and place it on a granite counter etc. Compared to the model I purchased previously, this hearing aid is smaller and fits very well. It comes with a large selection of ear cups to choose from.

I've used this brand before, so when my old ones started dying, I bought another pair. After a few months, the right one would not hold a charge. I emailed their customer service, and they replaced it right away. Very good CS!The only reason for the 4 stars on sound rating is that they work great for normal use, speech, and so on. But I'm a musician, and I noticed a tendency to generate harmonic frequencies when listening to even low volume music. Really not a big deal for watching TV or movies, etc., but I wanted to mention it. I still think they are excellent for the price.

I bought 2 year protection plan still have a year left. Would like to return for credit but can’t find the site to do so. Can anyone help me?

Very light , with a lot of options for adjusting , but missing information on the use of the multiple different design ear plugs..
