correct dimensions and handy for scanner enthusiasts
these are handy adapters - i use them for my 2GHz scanner discone antennas which use N connectors, along with gear such as the ICOM R100 scanner, which has separate UHF and N antenna inputssome AOR receivers also provide N connectors, such as the AR AR-ONE receiver - these connectors come in handy when i want to deploy mine for scanning operationsgood connectors and handy to have in the boxrecommended

Good thing they are cheap.
One of these worked great but the second one came apart when I tightened it down.

Good if only finger tightening.
I purchased these for outdoor use. I like to go just beyond finger tight when installing 259/UHF connectors outdoors. Well, the male side (bottom of the "T") came clean off with just a bit beyond finger torque. Appears there is not even a outer shell weld (or not much) between the top and bottom of the "T". I would not use these outdoors, even if you don't do the extra torque, because if they break this easily, obviously this is a path for water incursion. So, not too happy with this purchase. Now if all you are going to do is use these indoors and barely finger tight, go for it . . . . although outer shell continuity might be an issue if there is no weld. Not very good quality, but probably OK for indoor use.

Male parts are nit right size
The male connection parts are too small in diameter

High Loss after about 1GHz
In fairness to Boobrie (which has been very reliable for the cables I've tested so far) - there are no frequency specs given for this splitter so giving it three stars may be a bit unfair. However...based on my expectations for a typical SMA connector - these appear to be very lossy after 1GHz - which struck me as unusual. To perform a simple test (Using a NanoVNA which allows testing up to 1.5GHz), one has to go through some "adapter gymnastics" since these are RP-SMA. Therefore - there is some possibility that the extra attenuation could be coming from one of the adapters. (If I had had more adapters - I would have tried them out). However, everything else was properly calibrated (several times, actually), and, as you can see from the S21 frequency response, there is a -3db from the splitter at low frequencies as you'd expect (a calibrated 50-ohm load was at the other side of the splitter) - with increasing losses- esp after 1GHz. If I had a manufacturer's specs to compare this with I'd know if it was underperforming. But, without that reference - it appears as though this is a higher loss than expected.
