This probiotic blend has 24 different probiotics with 50 billion per serving. The serving size is two capsules. The capsules are medium to large sized, but are easy to swallow. From the 24 different strains, I recognize a lot of the regulars that are usually included in probiotics, but also some ones that I don't think I've seen before like Pediococcus pentosaceus (the pedicure probiotic? just kidding). All in all, it's a fairly good probiotic supplement, and I haven't noticed any ill effects from taking it.

I really wish the title stated the number of doses, rather than the number of pills. This is a 45 day supply, as you take two pills per dose.The pills were easy to swallow, and there was minimal odor in the bottle. These seem to work well for both me and my wife as far as digestive health goes.Knocking off a star for both the missing dosage info on the title, as well as the fact that it would be more convenient to only have to take a single pill.

I order this item because it is so important to maintain good gut health and by doing so you will maintain good overall health and relieve most problems people experience in relation to their digestive system (ie gas, bloating, constipation, etc). I like this product because it combines probiotics with prebiotics. There are literally hundreds if not thousands of probiotic products on the market and for the most part they work but only as long as you keep taking them. The reason that is true is because many don't include prebiotics and so the probiotics don't stay in your gut and thrive. That's where prebiotics comes into play, prebiotics is like food for the probiotics and they feed the beneficial microbes in your gut heelping them to establish themselves and thrive. Without the proper support the probiotics work for a short period and then die off, which is why you need to keep taking the probiotics to get the benefits you're after.

Trying to review supplements is always hard. Without blood work and lab tests, it’s usually hard to tell if they are doing anything or not. That said, I’ve took these for just over two weeks but can’t say that I noticed any effects. Perhaps bad timing, but I also began taking these around the start of the local allergy season and it’s been particularly harsh this year. So it could be that I’d feel worse without these, but lacking any signs of positive effects, I don’t see myself continuing their use.

I'm trying to be "pro" active with my digestive system, and this is a handy way to get that accomplished. It is a good value for a 45-day supply (you have to take two for the suggested dose). I've taken a lot of pro and pre biotics in the past in a liquid form, but this makes it easy to travel with and keep up my regimen. I can easily recommend.

I have a child that has gut issues. These pills have really helped to get him regular. We so often do not have the correct bacteria in our guts. After an initial time where he had the runs, it evened out after a couple days. I would highly suggest these for folks that do not eat the best or if you need to go on a course of antibiotics. It’s hard to have a healthy body without a healthy gut, these are the pills to help with that.
