MIKASA DOES IT RIGHT! AS DESCRIBED, PACKED WELL, FAST SHIPPING
We have had our Mikasa Arabella set for many years now. Unfortunately, we recently chipped one of our dinner plates. We looked online to see if we could find a replacement and found used ones being sold on an auction web site (you know which one ;-) ) and on "replacement" web sites. Not wanting to buy a used one that might have issues of its own, we were happy to find Mikasa selling directly here on Amazon - and at prices competitive with used ones found elsewhere online. We received our replacement plate in a timely fashion, packed extremely well. A bonus was that it came in a Mikasa custom box that fit the plate, similar to the boxes our original Arabella set came in - so terrific for future packing if we move. All-in-all, very happy with this transaction.

Great investment
I had to replace a chipped plate. However, I have had this set of dishes for over 20 years. The great thing is that they can be put in the microwave, oven, and dishwasher.

Like my plates but the box was crushed. Good thing they were in bubble wrap or they would have been broken.

I asked for a refund of a Mikasa Arabella set, because of a dinner plate broken. They refund me ~37$, thanks! I searched for a same plate and found one at..... almost exact same price. Ok with me. Few days later price dropped from 37$ to 30$ LOL. Certainly a coincidence :-). But item perfect. I wouls have never bought without the 37$ refund.
