Absolutely in love with this cup! The extra straws that were sent to are amazing and fit perfectly. I love how this is glass and not plastic but it’s also super protected with the rubber. Easy to grip and the perfect size to help me get all my water in for the day! Love how it fits perfectly in my cup holder in my car. This is really the perfect cup!

I had it for about a month. I used it every day and I loved it. I think I had it on the floor and it got knocked over (it didn't drop) and it broke. I was heartbroken. I didn't replace it because when I bought this cup, I was in some sort of state where I bought 8 different types of glass glasses/mugs to try, and I had already spent too much on this endeavor. I'll buy another one someday; after I've broken all the other ones. lol

The tumbler is beautifully designed and the borosilicate glass is sturdy. The top is not.The top has fatal design flaws. It is attractive, clear lucite with an excellent silicone gasket, and has a very tight seal. However, the device that flips-up to allow sipping is held in place by two side pins that are tiny and short (see ppic#3). On the first Boba Purl I bought, the flip-up top broke off in about a week (I am not hard on these items - my last travel thermos lasted 16 years). The pins that the flip-top pivots on just deteriorated. So, I returned it for a replacement, which Amazon sent.The second Boba Purl top developed two problems. Despite very gentle treatment, the flip-top is about to fall off on this one as well. But, worse, the top lucite developed several cracks that allow hot tea to squeeze out onto the top (See Pics #1 & 2). I am an engineer and it is clear that the design, while nice in appearance is flawed. It is likely that the lucite is too thin along the center causing it to crack under the expansions and contractions of hot beverages. Amazon has given me a certificate "refund" and I will not be using it on another Boba Purl.

I like that it's glass. Easy to clean,. Most importantly to Me is I can see that it's clean . And because it holds a lot more than my regular cup/glasses. Can take it with me due to the lid. Highly recommend 💜💜

Very nice size and visually appealing but if it tips over full of liquid it will shatter.

Perfect for my bubble tea adventures. I've been looking for a glass reuseable boba cup with double walls to reduce condensation and pretty much this is the only one out there, and it works superbly. The glass seems a bit thin but holds up to hot water (so far) but I would definitely keep the silicone cover on.

The media could not be loaded.  What a beautiful product and so flawed.First of all.Insulation. There is none. Hot liquid doesn't stay warm very long.But the biggest issue is with the main purpose of it... drinking from it.The opening is very small.When you try to open the spout you also open the middle hole for the straw which you dont want or need at this moment, but... if you want to drink through the spout you gonna have to open the straw opening anyway because this has no other holes for differential pressure relief so no matter what, you gonna need to open both.Drinking just from the spot with closed straw hole is very hard. The top lid should have a little hole on the opposite side of the spout to help with the pressure and easy drinking, thats the biggest flawIm not happy with this purchase unfortunately.If I knew I would not buy.Don't recommend .
