I haven't used it long enough to notice any major issues, but so far so good. I use Probiotics daily to help increase the gut flora in my G.I. system. I just function better when I'm taking a daily probiotic. I usually use Culturelle but it's good to rotate different probiotic strains in so your stomach gets exposed to different beneficial strains. Culturelle doesn't have Acidophilus so this Probiotic Complex from Nutricost is a good blend of strains I have not been taking.I find because I stay fairly low carb that I need probiotics to help me in the bathroom. When you're not eating as much starchy stuff you can slow down digestion. Just adding in a probiotic can fix that.This is a great price for a 60-day supply. Nutricost is a brand I trust. If you want to put yourself on a 2-month run with an Acidophilus strain you can't go wrong here. As I said, you should rotate what strains you take throughout the year just so your body gets exposed to a little bit of everything when it comes to beneficial bacteria.

I vouch for these Nutricost Probiotic Complex supplements. I have been using them for a while without adverse effects. As with any supplement, it is difficult to tell whether it works. Regardless, I highly recommend this supplement for its quality, quantity, and price.

At my age, I find this kind of capsule scratchy in the old throat, but I open the contents over a spoonful of ice cream and they well very well for me. It is a good product, I wish it could come in tablet form.. Jackie
