Nice for the price
Got this for my mom who has rheumatoid arthritis. I was reading the reviews and people with arthritis said they liked it because of the stylus so I bought it and she loves it.

Not at all what the listing said it was. Zero Stars. Scam?
Its crazy that this is from "amazon renewed" and not some sketchy third party seller because it feels like a fly by night scam listing.It was listed as 6GB RAM but it's 4GB RAM.It was listed as 4G cellular but it's the 5G model.It was listed as unlocked for all carriers but it doesn't recognize my SIM card and after repeated attempts I gave up and went into setup without it just to find out the specs and this phone is telling me "this SIM card is not a Verizon SIM card" yeah no kiddingAlso the SIM card tool the listing said would be included was not included.They got like every crucial piece of information that you might look at when buying a phone wrong.No way am I keeping this.

New phone
I can't afford a really expensive phone! This one is perfect for me!! I had to set it up myself! I'm not an IT person, but I did it anyway.. I'm still learning some new things on it! It is so different from my other phone, however I like it way better.

This is a great phone for the money.
The only thing wrong with the phone is the video. I need to do a little better job with the video capabilities of this phone. It will rival the iPhone if you could just fix the video I'm doing this review on that phone. I use it all the time!

Motorola is head and shoulders above the rest! Beautiful pictures! Great battery. Big enough to hurt when thrown, light enough to carry in a pocket. Very pleased!

Product was delivered on time and in good shape. It works great.
The phone looks grea and work super. However, I was disappointed the package did not contain a charger nor the sim port opener.

Speaker is horrible
Phone is great other than the speaker, when sound is hands free you can't hear anything. Seems like speaker is busted.

Misleading ad, this is NOT the 6GB model as advertised
The phone itself is very good. My wife also has one, we both love it. My low rating is due to the misleading advertising, this is the 4gb model and not the 6gb one advertised.

Wasn't dual sim
Works, not as good as it should! Canadian bands not the same as USA. It's adequate and a pinch! I use freedom mobile, but I think it would work better with one of the other providers because different band spectrum !
