Love the ball head on this selfie stick/tripod!!! I have had trouble with other versions getting my phone to stay exactly where I want it. Not a problem with this one. It also seems well made.We also love the small size. It easily fits in my wife's sling bag. That makes it easy to carry when traveling.The flash style connectors are helpful as well. I found a small rechargeable light that fits that socket.The only downside is the small legs make it easy to tip over in the wind, but that true of all these selfie stick style "tripods". If it is a bit windy, we will try to toss a bag on the legs for stability. (we also sometimes carry an amazing small carbon-fiber travel tripod, but that requires a backpack or someone carrying it separately).We bought two more and gave one to a friend.

This thing is pretty cool, NOT cheaply built. Mine has a vuilt in phone holder. This took a little bit of research to fugure out. Also, had to watch a video of a reviewer to figure out how to open the tripod part. Here are the tricks. The phone holder, you pull from one side of it and it has a spring attached to hold it together. Pay attention on how it comes out so you can put it back. The tripod handle, turn the ring half a turn and pull apart the habdle at the vottom. It may take some effort at first but seperate from the bottom of the handle. Now for the kicker. This thing will fend off someone if need be. Fully extend and swing away Meryl! Whack an attacker and break this thing on them. It is cheap enough to replace. You aren't! Probably won't work against a zombie or werewolf or even a sparkly vampire but it'll work on a person.

This tripod is nice . Doesn’t extend as high as I thought but is portable and easy to use

I have every tripod you could imagine to create content. I needed one that is flexible and simple to use everyday. It’s an awesome size and can fit right in my bag to create content on the go.

I wanted a compact tripod with flexible legs that was under 11". I decided to give this a shot and I'm pleasantly surprised. I can use my full frame Nikon or APS-C Sony, and the ball head holds the weights real well. Great, inexpensive but functional solution.

If you need the length (52 inches fully extended) and the versatility of a 360 degree ball head, and a tripod, this is a well made selfie stick/tripod. It has a cleverly concealed phone clip which I really like because it is built into the product (this way it won't get lost). There are two cold shoe mounts, one on the phone clip (I like that I can mount my GoPro on this one at the same time as my phone) and the other is on the base of the ball head which you can mount things like a microphone. Highly recommended.

I got this stand for some basic video/picture taking indoors. I have not used outdoors so I can't comment on its sturdiness outdoors but indoors its great. The light, attachment, cell phone holder and go-pro attachment are great and nice options on this stand for a great price!!!! My only issue is the plastic material that expands and collapses to form the legs are extremely tight!!! Especially if it's cold. Took some effort to get those legs moving so it would fold in and out.
