This will be my second pair of Salomon hiking shoes... my first pair I got back in 2013 after being recommended by a friend, and I never looked back - they are still in great shape yet look a bit jaded - so treating myself to a new pair after 10 years is easily justified!These shoes come in a striking colourway with a lovely orange/ red accent - not too "in your face" and nice and subtle.The shoes are extremely comfortable, and there is some good strong arch support. The underside has a decent amount of grip too, and these are as good on urban surfaces as they are on soft ground.Just to be clear: These don't feel like a hiking shoe as much a walking shoe for me... although the support is very good, they are not as robust as a hiking shoe/ boot, but will surely fit the bill and get you through in comfort.Highly recommended.

Lo primero de todo, no me juzguéis por como están las zapatillas que ya llevan bastante días de uso y de tralla jaja.Estas zapatillas tienen un precio actual de 80.99€, siendo su precio más abajo en Amazon de 71,99€. Un muy buen precio ambos para la calidad y la comodidad de estas zapatillas.En cuanto a las zapatillas en si, decir que el diseño no es el mas bonito del mundo, todo hay que decirlo, pero en cuanto a comodidad es de las mejores que he tenido de largo. He estado horas y horas andando con ellas y la sensación de llegar y quitarte las zapatillas, no es como con otras que dices, que ganas tenía de quitármelas, con estas no, con estas llegas y te las quitas sin pensar cosas así. El agarre es muy bueno y cumplen en cualquier terreno.Los acabados son buenos y no he encontrado ningún defecto de fábrica en las mismas, todo muy bien.El tallaje es el correcto, yo uso una 40 y es l que he pedido y me quedan perfectas, no sobra por ningún lado ni me aprietan. Lo que ayuda también a su comodidad.En resumen, muy muy contento con las zapatillas, he pasado a usarlas todos los días, no solo para andar, solo me las cambio por otras para dormir y si tengo que salir a algún lado más formas, pero si no, voy con estas sin duda. Encantado con la compra y repetiría sin dudar. Recomendable 100%.

Mens hiking boots from Solomon. These boots are suffering from a bit of an identity crisis in my opinion. They are marketed as a hiking boot but are more of a hybrid product which isn't necessarily a bad thing however I think it's important that people realise this before making a purchase.As expected from a brand such as Solomon, the boots are well made and are true to size. They have a thick sturdy sole and the top half of the boot is more like a trainer with a breathable non waterproof mesh on the upper part. The upper part of the boot offers literally no water resistant properties, I went into my garden early one morning and the morning dew was enough to make my feet wet which is a little disappointing in all honesty. In dry conditions though the boots are really comfortable to wear so if you're using them for walking on hard surfaces such as concrete or tarmac they'll be ideal.Price wise they're as you'd expect from Solomon (current price as of May 2023 £71 with voucher). The build quality is excellent and they look great, but the fact they offer no moisture resistance and the hybrid issues which I mentioned earlier mean that they get a 4 star review from me instead of 5.

Un produit haut de gamme bien taillé et solide.Semelle bien ferme et épaisse. Elles demeurent légères malgré leur qualité.Elles protègent bien et sont parfaitement adaptées pour du trail.
