SimplicityWomen's Adult Classic Elastic 3 or 4 Layered Tulle Tutu Skirt

Two friends and I wore these for matching costumes. We’re all different sizes but the skirt looked great on all of us. We wanted something to help cover up leggings and these were perfect. The skirt is very stretchy and comfortable. You can fluff it up or flatten it down.

The tutu did wonderfully for my daughter. She’s in high school and the school colors are green and white. During red ribbon week she wore this for school spirit day. She loved it and it got the job done.

I used it for a custom, I was expecting it to be longer but was a good fit in general.

Not too sheer. Has several layers. Very stretchy. It was very flattering for my curvy figure. Wore to a breast cancer event and it was perfect!

I bought this to wear over sports shorts for a track and field day. My students loved it! It's not itchy or too tight. It sits on my waist comfortably and I was able to wear it for hours. :)
