Quality of this product is not good at all, it says it is for utensils but size is too small, and on top quality is so bad, that even if you try to wipe one Katori, you cannot use it to wipe another one.So when we raised a request to return this product, no agent from Amazon came to receive it, on top they just added the note "Return canceled by customer". So I had to cancel the return request and raise one again. They repeated same thing and wasted time, till the return period gets elapsed. This is one of the product for which Amazon had done this, there are many in line.
