Arrived within a week from Germany by courier and packaged really well. All vacuum packed in a neat box with instructions.Once I started getting all the bits out and fluffing them up I was all ready to start rubbishing this product and started taking photos...However I am not going to be too harsh and I will reserve judgement for a while. The first thing I noticed was that the cushions that come with it are tiny. About the size of my hand and more like dog toys than cushions... however I wasn’t buying cushions and they were ‘complimentary’ so i’m not too bothered. They make a nice addition to the bed regardless of their size.Then I got out the stuffing and the side inserts seemed to be OK although in that horrible paper/fabric material that breaks down easily and falls apart... but they seem substantial.The bit that let the whole thing down was the bed base which had hardly any stuffing in it and feels really limp and pathetic. You can see through it and it doesn’t look comfortable at all...However... once you zip it all in to the cover, it really does fill out and puff up into a good size bed. The winning feature is the outside cover...The outer cover looks and feels strong and is made of a quality material. So far (2 hours) it has stood up and held its shape really well. I imagine over time it will go a bit limp, but I think the cover will do really well. It seems to trap air and that makes the bed seem more comfortable that you would expect from the filling. Maybe it’s clever german engineering or luck? I don’t know?The colours are great and just what we were hoping for.The price was good for the size but i’m holding back on the 5th star until it’s been a month or so and gotten a good test by our 2 hour hounds.

Arrived vacuum packed, wouldn’t fancy the chances of trying to send it back!You have to unzip the 4 canvas sides and the base to insert the padding, then it expands over 48 hours....Smaller than expected, ordered the XL size for my large Labrador who is recovering from a leg operation and who likes to lounge rather than curl up, but there’s not much room for him to lie flat out.The base isn’t as padded as I’d hoped so I popped another dog mattress on top of the bed. You could possibly insert a memory foam mattress cut off into the base.The “cushions” are tiny- as can be seen on the photo and they’re not particularly soft. Fairly sturdy once set up, hoping it stays tidier than a regular dog bed. Gave 4 stars as it’s bigger and sturdier for the money compared to the high street.

Big cushion split not good quality although cover feels hard wearing 😣😟😞After contacting company the cushion was replaced with no quibill, due to home improvements being completed I have not unpacked it but overall a very good customer service from this company.Thank you, my dogs will enjoy im sure

Nice product, and strong. A little noisy when the dogs are walking on it due to the strong fabric, we have covered with a sheet to reduce this. Shame the cushions were maid for mice, they are so small and pointless to be fair, then ordered a extra large we expected something a little bigger.

USED AS A REPLACEMENT FOR EXISTING BEDDOG.

The item is well-made and fits the description in the most part, Unfortunately the bottom of the bed which the dogs lie on has insufficient staffing and was a disappointment. The side panels were stuffed perfectly and held the dog bed together really well if the bottom had been stuff the same it would’ve been an excellent purchase.

Great material. Can vaccum and spot wash it, no problem but it is a slightly noisy material. Ordered an XL for my cocker spaniel and it is very spacious. Could fit 2 in there! The little cushions aren't exactly as they are in picture (little less fluffed up) but he seems to like fetching them to me every 2 minutes. I love that you can take out all the inside fillings and wash the outside cover. Quite stylish for a dog bed, looks great in the living room. Overall I would recommend this product.

Ordered an XXL for two bullmastiff crosses, slightly smaller than expected but they still both fit in it comfortably. The stuffing in the base of the bed is a little thin but that’s no problem as I was going to put our doggy mattress & blankets in there for snuggles for them anyway!! Cannot rate these guys for delivery enough!! Ordered on Monday, received on Thursday bare in mind it does come from Germany. Will buy again!
