We needed something to keep water at bay in our Kid's bathroom and this does the trick. No more water around the faucets and we keep our soap dispenser on there as well. Large enough to keep the sink clean with a toothbrush holder and soap dispenser on top.

Great option over the microfiber based products. Works well for the standard sink. Absorbs the excess dripped water from normal sink use. Easy to scrub clean but stains are noted from soap and rust coloring.

THIS is what I was originally looking for to catch the drips around the sink faucet since my full sized "mat" idea didn't work. It works PERFECTLY with the cutouts for the faucet. Granted, it's not a perfect fit since the faucet is a smaller diameter than the hole cutout but nonetheless, I can live with the gap since I no longer have to wipe up the drips every time I turn on/off the faucet with wet hands! There are no grippy feet so it WILL slide. It's not horrific, I mean, I can pump the soap and it doesn't move all out of whack but if you bump the pad, it does move. If this ends up bothering me, I might have put some sort of double sided grip tape under it but I really didn't want a gap under the pad, it looks nice flush. Now if I could only find ones that fit the bathroom sink!!

The area surrounding my side, single handled kitchen faucet was just non stop puddles, from hand washing a zillion times a day & dish washing & rinsing. These stones absorb the drips & look completely unobtrusive on our granite countertops. I have our hand soap on the side of one so it catches any drips of water from that & there’s plenty of room. They slide around a little & need to be readjusted sometimes but it’s better than having puddles! They also rinse clean & I haven’t noticed any hard water stains & we have notoriously hard water even with a softener.

This works great on keeping the counter dry but if you get anything on it then it will stain. I tried so many different products to get the stains out but won’t budge.

Stained almost immediately after only being exposed to clean water. Did not absorb water anywhere near as quickly as advertised. Unfortunately I had such high hopes that I threw away all of the packaging and now I can't return it.

Well, they look nice enough to start, and no fault to the seller, but I wish I hadn't bought them for my kitchen. The fact that they can absorb water also means they are easily stained -- mine were ruined within the first hour of use. I wanted them to keep the counter dry, but they don't -- water added from the top pools in the space at the bottom and the counter is the last part to dry. Maybe it would be better if they had feet. I've ended up putting them in the dishwasher every night, which was not what I was expecting....

Sucks up water but if it stains then good luck cleaning it.
