The turning is smooth and it is pretty fun to scramble and solve! The cube also looks pretty durable since it is compact which also makes the turning speed faster than the 3x3 that I also have! 10/10!! :D

This is a good start for beginners who are intimidated by the 2x2 and 3x3 sized classic cubes. It can be solved fairly easily, and also makes a good fidget toy as well. I perfer stickerless cubes, but these stickers on this particular rubik puzzle feel like they will last a long time without falling off. It rotates well too, hasn't gotten stuck or felt too loose, even after getting lots of use. Definitely recommend, even if to just add a unique shaped puzzle to your collection.

Like most Rubik products, the puzzle is well made. Movement is smooth and easy. As for what it does, that's where I wish I could give two different ratings.As a puzzle to be solved, I would give this 2 stars. No matter how much you twist, turn, and mess it up, it can be solved in seconds. It took no more than 20 seconds, without rushing or trying for a fast time, to go from any of the attached pics to solved. Even for beginners, this is too easy to be called a puzzle. If you want a beginner cube, get the 2x2.However, I also happen to be a fan of fidget toys. As a fidget toy I give this 5 stars. The fact that this "flat" Rubik's cube can make odd 3D shapes (see attached pics) makes it a lot of fun to mess with.This item is definitely worth the price if you like fidget toys. Not so much if you're looking for a puzzle to be solved.

It’s great for most ages though probably best in the 5-9 group. The pattern is easy to learn, though it looks difficult, and that makes it great for impressing friends and building self confidence. It’s one of the few toys that has real staying power, it’s high quality and stays fun for longer than 9/10 things you’ll buy them.
