Very reliable now
I bought this USB KVM switch earlier this year and found it to be unreliable. I have 2 Quad PC's & 1 i7 PC connected to this switch and find it regularly freezes, or crashes every time I use it. I have also tried to use the hub to switch portable usb hard drives between these PC's with the same results. How ever the company contacted me and offered me a newer version (free of charge) which I have now received and used with very reliable results - the switch no longer freezes or crashes even with the same PC's and hub connected. I have been using it now for nearly a week and I can honestly say that it has been totally reliable. I am grateful to the company for their efforts and really pleased with this result and would now thoroughly recommend this KVM switch to anyone.

Great replacement
bought this as a replacement for my old KVM. This one is usb and works perfectly. No regrets. Highly recommended.
