I bought this on a lightening deal - it was a great price! Chickens love the taste and come running for the worms! The worms are not too big or small and I haven't noticed a smell from them we store them in a metal container and they last and stay fresh! The worms were not broken into smaller pieces when they arrived!

According to my precious chickens (Serama Bantams, Easter Eggers, Hybrid Layers), these are the best treat ever! I give a handful or two to each of my groups of chickens and they absolutely love them. In fact, my dogs beg forthem too!! The worms arrived very quickly and were well-packaged in a ziplock bag. They smell nutritious and have no foul odor whatsoever. I separated my 5-pound bag into 1-pound ziplock bags and put all of them into the freezer except the one bag that I’m feeding from. This works very well to keep them fresh as they should be. This particular seller’s price was terrific and much more affordable than other sellers. Hopefully it will stay there!

My chickens love these bug as a treat. Extra protein and calcium for them. They were losing feathers and getting new ones, these bugs helped get them through that time when they were extra hungry.
