Unless ur child is not going to bend forward this won’t really work to keep them from falling over
I had to buy an additional strap for the chest to really secure my 7 month old from tipping over, maybe this is more effective for a child who can sit upright on their own unassisted to simply remind them not to get up, but if ur child is squirmy this won’t work
