absolutely delighted - the professional scissors i've always wanted
i had a previous henckels - the model #41300-220. for over 20 years. they needed sharpening (which they could be easily sharpened) but i wanted to see what was new. the 41900-211 has a wider blade and both finger holes are taller so they feel better in my grip (in pics think H of the orientation shown). with the 41300, my knuckles would hit & begin to hurt when i used them for long periods. this is a professional scissors similar to the pairs of old. those cheap scissors - aargh - i bought one once for my laundry. but it wouldn't even cut a loose thread without effort !! if you want a pair that will last forever - and can be resharpened, then look no further. as for this seller - excellence. came a week early. purrfect.

These scissors are very good to use. They are well balanced and very accurate when cutting. I also use the shears of this brand and the same can be said about them.

Sharp scissors but...
I really love Zwilling products especially kitchen staff. This is first time purchased this scissors. Looks beautiful. I feel like I am a professional tailer and scissors is very sharp!! BUT!!!! The grip is very hard! I can't use this long time feel like cutting into my fingers so now I would say Frisker is much better...
