This diffuser is very good quality, you can see and feel the materials and attention to details. Is extremely quiet, small enough to place it in any place of your house, where the battery operation becomes also handy if you want tomdetach it from the power adaptor. No other diffuser has such an elegant and modern minimalist desingn.This is my second unit I bought and very pleased woth both of them

I’m very disappointed in this purchase and tried to give it a really good chance but wish I would have returned it.“ The water reservoir only holds like 1/2 cup. So it runs out quickly if you have it in continuous mode. Does last much longer on intermittent. I found the battery doesn't last very long either so I don't turn on the light. It looks nice. I like that it's rechargeable but you might as well leave it plugged in since the battery life is so short”

This diffuser is so close to being perfect, but it’s shortcomings detract from it.Output of the diffuser is fairly low, at least compared to a plug-in model I have. Needless to say, it’s functional.The big miss is the usb-c port design. The port is recessed behind plastic and none of my 6 other usb-c cords fit in. The only way to charge it is via the supplied usb-a to usb-c cord with a slightly longer male end on it. Seriously, what happens if I lose this cord?The rest of the design is great. The fit and feel of the lid securing on with magnets that turn it off when you open the lid. The simple light color and just everything… and then I remember the usb-c cord dilemma and I’m frustrated all over again.

It's a wonderful humidifier-diffuser, noiseless, easy to clean, easy to operate, just be aware that to be fully charged takes about a little more than 2 hours and last about 3.5 hours in continuous mode and about 7 hours in Intermittent Mode. Very upset that the unit will not charge. It seems the port to charge the thing is defective and this is a total rip off for how much it is…

This thing is amazing. It's quiet, simple and easy to use right out of the box.

Puts out little mist. Oil collects at the top and runs over the diffuser. Damaged my wood table. Over priced for what it does.

The product is elegant, has worked reliable with frequent use, and delights our hosts and hostess far more than flowers would. You can use it with any kind of Aromatherapy oil. In summer we use it with Orange and clove oil to ward off wasps, in winter we use it with pine and cedar to create Christmas scent and all year round with lavender. We have had many types of diffusers, this is the most convenient and attractive.

So far I am absolutely loving my Velnue diffuser. All of the other diffusers around my house are all stuck to their locations, and not battery powered. It's so nice to have that freedom to move a diffuser around to difference rooms, and not waste the scents in unoccupied spaces. The light that turns on when it's powered on is very tranquil, and a great indicator to know when I need to refill or charge.The design is very minimal, which is great carrying around to different areas of the house as it will blend in anywhere.So far the build quality has been great. The lid has a nice locking feedback to know that it's screwed on properly.The selection of essential oil blends from them have been great. My personal favorite has been Canadian Cabin, especially around the holiday time to pretend that our fake, plastic tree is real!

Diffuseur pratique puisqu’il est sans fil et il peut être utilisé partout. Le bémol à la longue la touche pour le faire fonctionner est moins sensible donc plus difficile de faire fonctionner le diffuseur. Pour ce prix très élevé j’aurais aimé avoir diverse lumière et non juste une seule. À acheter à bas prix et non au prix listé.

Loved this diffuser for the first two months, however unfortunately it has since stopped holding a charge. It works wirelessly for about 10 minutes before dying and needing a recharge. It also seems the device is less powerful than when we bought it.Otherwise, it has a sleek design, nice size, and is very user friendly. I love the idea of the wireless option.

Happy to report my replacement is working much better! I am so pleased with the customer service - to personally reach out and want their customers to be pleased - so awesome. The diffuser is visually stunning and the oils that come with it are fantastic.
