First, I'm glad it's plant based, extracted from wheat germ. The alternative would have turned me away. Second, although I believe the researches are solid, I don't believe that you can tell the difference without a shadow of a doubt until you have used it for at least a couple of months. Ten sachets is less than two weeks. However, be it placebo effect or not, I've felt with more energy and better mood just three or four days after I started taking it and I still feel good. So much so that if it weren't for the cost, I would continue taking it for at least a couple of months.I tend not to comment on taste because this is not exactly food and I prefer an earthly taste than the taste of artificial sweeteners anyway. But if you're like me, you will mix it with some natural fresh juice that will mask any taste.Again, I would keep trying this a bit longer and if I kept feeling this good, I would probably continue for life. I just couldn't afford this much unless paid by insurance. Usually, that's not an option since it is considered a supplement, not a drug.

This powder is supposed to be mixed with water or juice. I tried it with water first, and it tasted like dirt. It was really bad. I tried it with orange juice instead, and it was at least tolerable, but still nothing I would choose to drink. I got through the ten packets, and I don't expect to try this again. I will say that my fingernails and toenails do seem to have grown faster than usual. So, while this one doesn't appeal to me, it does seem to work.

As others have already mentioned, this product is extremely cost prohibitive. A month's daily supply of this would cost hundreds of dollars - who can afford? With that said, it's clear this is an extremely high quality spermadine supplement, I would go as far as saying it's elite. I only took this for 10 days, but really felt amazing after that time. I was so tempted to order again but couldn't get past the hefty price tag.

Tasted okay. Easy to mix with water, no strong flavor, not sweet. Could not know the good results after several servings. Price tag is too high for most people.

Clearer headed, energetic, and better able to handle what the day throws at me. Is it worth $13+ a serving. Maybe. It is certainly a high-end niche product, and I'm glad I was able to try it.Mix it will juice or into a smoothie, and it is much more palatable, though you tastes may vary. It is has also been shown to protect gut barrier function and contribute to metabolic improvement such as leaky gut or intestinal dysbiosis. I have auto immune issues that contribute to my IBS. I eat naturally and take supplements to support immune and gut health. This is sourced from wheat germ but seems to work comparably to other spermidine blends. I have added this to the antioxidants I take mid morning and it seems to be working well.

I have done a little bit of research on this, and not quite enough to have a valid opinion. I did want to give it a try because I liked what I was reading. There are only 10 packets of powder here, so this is not going to last you long. It seems to be much higher levels than others I'm seeing. I mixed it with water, and it's a very interesting taste. I wouldn't say it tastes great, but I wouldn't say it tastes terrible. It's sort of tastes like something that's fermented and earthy. Due to the cost, this is something I would not be able to continue, but I'm grateful to have tried it. Just know it is full of gluten, so many people can't consume it in any amounts, thank you.
