These are really great molds they show a lot of fine detail and they’re wonderful

I bought these to use with my Amazing Resin and they actually work well with the resin and details turned out gorgeous. A little trimming will be needed just because of how detailed they are and some are so little I overfilled them by accident. My only reason for taking of one star is how small the molds are. I don’t remember seeing a “size” or dimensions when I bought it so I assumed they would be slightly bigger. Other than that, they turn out amazing with resin (at least for me) I showed one of the trees and the deer and a snowflake in my photos. They are small so my ideas for Christmas “crafts” with these are going to have to be “revised”. There are other molds made of resin in the pictures that weren’t a part of this mold set (gingerbread man, bigger snowflake) so ignore those (I should have cropped them out before writing this review but I didn’t). I think if using these for a cake (as intended I believe in the description of this product), it would probably be good! I tried doing clay molds with these and I’m still struggling because they are not deep molds. Pretty thin (hence being for fondant) so once I find the best clay for these types of smaller molds that aren’t deep, I’m sure they clay will turn very detailed as well. Overall, these are beautiful and I’m happy to say all details turn out wonderful

Love how I can use these for so many projects in my house. Of course, these are labeled as being used in baking but I’m not much of a cake artist myself. You could probably make some lovely candies or cookies as well with these molds. However, I got these more for a salt dough or clay and classroom art use for elementary art students. We make an ornament every year with our kids and they can make quite a few as gifts as well to teachers or extended family with these. I also LOVE how thick they are and with such great detail as well as being dishwasher safe. Because I don’t need another cleaning project lol. Can’t wait to make some projects for this holiday season with these.

This is a nice mix of sizes and shapes that are all small enough to fit on a cupcake or other smaller objects. I plan on using them with pie crust to decorate pies this holiday season but I even got them to work with some pumpkin cookies I was baking by putting the dough in the mold and putting it in the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up the dough. Obviously this will work for resin but a lot of these would work great for chocolate or sugar candies too. Very happy with these and I recommend them.
