Faulty on delivery
Disappointing product. Bought it on special, however it arrived faulty. The lower illumination light did not work and the images did not display on the LCD. It was for my son's birthday and there is no way to explain to an excited child why the product does not work straight out the box...…..I suggest avoiding this or buy it months before so there is time to return the faulty product in time.

Will not stay in focus
I purchased this for testing my dogs for worms mites and cytology Sorry I have to say it doesn’t stay in focus unless you keep your hand on the dial to focus. It seems to self adjust

Worked fine for eight months then the objective nosepiece fell off. There is no option to contact the seller, this is rubbish.

Very Unsatisfactory
Spent a fortune on this microscope. Only the very low power magnification work. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this product to any one.

Missing part
Love the product but very disappointed that it didn’t come with a SD card which it’s supposed to tried to get Amazon to refund me £15 for an ST card and they failed very disappointed to be fair

Came with 3 objective lenses 4x, 10x, and 40 X 40 X was not working returned and waiting the refund

Superb Microscope
Great Microscope! Packing was excellent. It looks amazing. Along with the microscope we get: 1. A very nice travel case along with the belt 2. A plastic cover 3. Five prepared slides in a sturdy plastic box 4. A power cord 5. USB cable to connect to PC 6. 1 GB memory card 7. AV cable to connect to TV I didn't expected AV cable. Hats off to Celestron for creating this high quality microscope. It was very easy to use it. The first slide I saw was of Pine wood and it looks beautiful on the LCD screen. Even I connected it to TV and it worked fine. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. Thank you Amazon.
