taste great- nutrient dense
In my journey of losing 80 pounds, i needed a nutrient dense food that created satiety without triggering overeating. This product met the criteria as well as tasting good. Frankly, a lot of other mackerel seemed rubbery or tasted or smelled bad. When this product disappeared from the local grocers shelf, i ran online to stock up.

The glass containers, number one, which is hard to find, and very overpriced, when you do. Certified Wild caught, is a much for me. And packed in Olive Oil is a bonus. Sodium is 230mg, and potassium 370mg with zero sugar.The taste is delicious. I am getting my Omega 3, the best way for me, I dislike pills, lol. The price is a little high formy budget, but my health comes first. I plan to purchase these skinless/boneless Grilled Mackerel in Olive Oil again. I would have given a 5 star rating, if the Company had shipped in a timely manner. I order on 7/16/23and didn't receive until 8/18/23.
