There is no fixed stand for Heart shape glass engraving
Stand is not good for the heart shaped engraving. THERE IS NO WAY TO FIX OR LOCK THE GLASS. It's not standing the small stand and it will be risky to keep in showcase. Also the 3D engraving is not good. It's just the normal engraving and they are charging for 3D COST.

Good Crystal but base sent is different from the photo
Crystal Cube is good, photo was well done. Company was very responsive on the Whatsapp and showed me the preview before printing it. That all was very good but I was disappointed with the Crystal base that was sent. I had placed the order after watching product photos which clearly show that base uses a USB charger & cable. What I received is hard-wired charger. I live in USA had plans to use a 110V USB charger (as connector is normal USB-A type) but what I got was hard-wired charger which can be only be used in India. Misleading photo.
