The box comes equipped with rubber seal strips that work effectively to isolate any moisture that may be present in my workspace. The desiccants are placed inside the box to absorb any moisture that may have already made its way into my filament spools, ensuring that they stay dry.The LCD display is another great feature of this product, as it displays the real-time temperature and humidity inside the box, making it easy to monitor and adjust as necessary. The two couplers included with the box allow me to fit different filament feeding directions on different 3D printers, which adds to the versatility of the product.The aluminum spool holder inside the box is sturdy and reliable, supporting the filament spool and keeping it in place while drying or printing. I like the simple and effective design, especially as a more affordable alternative to the dryboxes you’re probably looking at. After a few days in this box, a new roll of PLA was at 28% humidity which is well within good operational levels. A tip when inserting a new roll is to pinch the sides of the bin so the slots on the sides catch the rod on the way down, otherwise it can be tricky to get it to catch.The only issue I had was that the humidity gauge was stuck to the instruction manual which completely tore ahen trying to remove it. The adhesive was ruined and I couldn’t stick it to the inside of the container because of it. Poor QC, and honestly makes me hesitate about buying another one, but overall it’s not necessarily a dealbreaker.

Dual purpose. It’s dry storage and you can print straight from it. No need to pull your spool off the hanger anymore to pack it away for a different day.Plenty of room in the bottom for desiccant packs. The hygrometer is a little slow and the temp only reads in Celsius. I swapped it out with a different one.Put 3 or 4 of these next to each other and you have quick access to different color filaments.The only thing I would like to see changed is which side the bottom filament pass through is on. It would be nice to have it on the same side as the hygrometer. The side it’s on is frosted so if you just move the hygrometer, it’s still visible but not very well.
