This was listed as one of the top bulbs that don’t require electricity. Are these rechargeable

Yes they require electricity. They are not rechargeable. Have them in my kitchen light. They are very nice.

The title says "pack of 6", the picture shows 6 bulbs, the item package quantity says 6. The size says "Pack of 4" Which is it please?

The size is not correct to quantity, it is a 4 watt lamp. I received 6 lamps. Very misleading the seller needs to correct the page!
