I use this cable to connect from my YouView box to the Sony TV, so I can tune in FreeView channels on the TV. The connector genders are not correct for the wall antenna outlet. (A mistake I made). I imagine that this cable would also work for a Sky/Tivo box to TV through cable.The 90 deg bend in the cable connector is suitable for the TV, but not so much for where it connects to the YouView box.The cable is thicker than is common (=good quality, I assume) and seems to be well constructed. It is still bendable, which is good. The connectors are probably a better quality than what they connect to on the wall, which may limit their effectiveness. The signal transmission and shielding appear to be sufficient although you would probably need test equipment to measure this.Many cables come with one or two gender adaptors, but this did not. I would have liked and used one.

Great Quality male to female TV Cable/ Lead & available in the sizes you want.I bought the 3Metre white version with the 90 degree angled Gold Plugs on either end.I fully recommend buying the 90 degree angled plugs version as it then means that the cable once hooked up site perfectly flush at both ends & runs straight down thus achieving a minimalist result compared to normal straight plugs, resulting in easy cable management & a nicer aesthetically pleasing result too.The Cable is really well made & nice & thick but not overly so & at least from my experience it's fully shielded resulting in a faultless performance.Sure you can buy a TV cable out of a Pound shop, a market or eBay etc... But in my experience cheaply made thin cables always suffer from crappy shielding resulting in degradation of the Cables designated job it's supposed to be doing in the 1st place + Wear & Tear can & does happen a hell of a lot easier on the thin cheapo cables.I'm not saying you should bt a TV cable that's made of solid silver & sheafed in a lattice like weave of Diamondilliam or anything mental but at least buy yourself a decent quality thickish one that's well plugged too.This Cable does everything it was designed to do & it does it very well... Over the years I've used & tried many many cables & this one is up there with the best & doesn't cost scary money... Sure it's not dirt cheap but for the money it costs I would fully recommend this one as a "Best All Rounder" of performance versus price & I will definitely buy another 1 the exact same if I do need another.An easy 5 Stars with Zero downsides at all :)

Received them yesterday and set up straight away and seen a big difference in picture quality on TV

Moved kitchen telly so bought cheap extension and signal kept dropping out and was pixelated. Bought this and the pictures excellent. Just proves buy cheap buy twice

Gets three stars because despite recognising it’s my error the co panysbelling doesn’t take returns dull stop. In this day and age and selling through amazon that’s absurd. Make sure you actually need this type of cable.The joins seem fine. The connectors and cable seem heavy duty. I can’t comment on pq or mich because it’s unisable to me and once again this company loves in 1923 with their returns (yup it WAS my stupidity), but if I’d bought locally and made the same mistake I could have exchanged it. So. Cable fine. Company meh.

Compre el cable de antena porque los canales HD de mi televisión se veían regular, entrecortados o algo pixelados. Cuando llegó en cable, el mismo día que me indicaron, lo monte y se solucionaron dichos fallos. Recomendable 100% cable rígido, de alta calidad e incluso bonito
