Little zip inside is broken. It came like that. Also the buckle on the shoulder strap tends to fall straight on the should which is uncomfortable.Other than that it's a lovely bag. Looks and feels really nice and is a good size.

To be honest it's not as fancy as I thought but for an everyday work bag it does the trick. Roomy with plenty of inner storage and an excellent zip ideal
