Mechanix Wear - Utility Work Gloves (Large, Black)

Love these gloves and use them for outside chores - mainly gardening. Really comfy and my first pair lasted about 2 years before holes started to appear in the fingers so I bought another pair. They're nice and snug but not too difficult to get on and off and pretty grippy. They aren't specific gardening gloves so this isn't a complaint, just an FYI - they aren't thick enough to protect against brambles - we have some pretty established ones and I still swear a fair but when trying to remove them whilst wearing these gloves.

Great gloves.I'm required to wear gloves at all times by my new employer after years of only wearing them when needed. I've tried every pair on offer at the diy sheds and hated them all. I purchased these after reading the rave reviews.I'm not disappointed! Although they were initially tight theve broken in nicely and can do all but the finest of task easily now which I simply couldn't with other gloves. I have used these for a few months now and they're holding up great too obviously they get dirty and show some wear but still 100% usable and still very comfy.Highly recomended

A well made and comfortable pair of gloves often seen used by the Military but also very useful for diy and give a good grip with the material underneath as well as not being too heavy or bulky gloves which means you can handle things well without any chance of dropping something or slipping when using tools, plus they keep hands protected from blisters etc tooThere are also tabs on each glove which can help to pull them off and also can be used for hanging them up too as they are looped tabs.

I really like these gloves and use them on the farm. They are comfortable and not too thick. The only thing that I would say to better them, would be to make them much harder wearing. They go into holes on the fingers very quickly.

I am delighted with these gloves.I bought them for hand protection as I am a wheelchair user and I find these fit the bill completely. The fit is close and the quality of materials and the finish of the gloves are excellent.I was very surprised how sensitive I found them on the finger ends . If anyone wanted to sort change, pull items from pockets etc I think they would find these gloves easily up to the job.Caveat - make sure you check the manufacturers size template - I found it invaluable and got an excellent close fit

These gloves are a good fit (the size chart works well) and are comfortable but they have no durability.The stitching on one of the finger ends has failed already on only the second wear - simply lifting and moving stuff around - so now I have a hole in one and they're still pretty much brand new. Disappointing... I won't be buying Mechanix gloves again and will just stick to generic gloves from B&Q which are much cheaper and last longer.

These are the best gloves I’ve tried, a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. This is the second pair I have bought the others lasted me about 3 to 4 years.

I purchased these Mechanix Wear Utility Gloves in a size Large, and the fit is excellent. They are comfortable, have good dexterity, and work great for metal detecting where I need protection but still need to be able to handle small items and tools.I’ve used these outdoors and they have been a great balance between durability and comfort. They feel well made and durable without being overly thick or bulky. They also don’t get too hot during use, which is important when spending longer periods outside.One feature I really like about this version is the Velcro closure being on the top of the wrist instead of underneath. It makes them more comfortable, easier to adjust, and avoids having the closure in an awkward spot when using them.The price was also better than what I’ve seen them for in stores, making these a great value. Overall, these have been a great addition to my metal detecting gear and I would recommend them for anyone looking for a comfortable, durable outdoor work glove.

These are my go to for mechanics gloves. I use these all the time and have multiple pairs. Separate pairs for cutting and splitting wood, working on my car and wood working. They are true to fit and don’t fit loose anywhere on my hands. They are as durable as expected
