Really good quality these. I’ve has two sets of these as lost the first set. Both really good quality and lived up to expectations. Robust enough to stand up to heavy usage. Would recommend

Does exactly what is required. Decent tension,especially when doubled over.So far looks to be well made and sturdy.I don't expect it to last forever, but will happily reorder.Quite a lot of tension in it for my wife .

Great Band but be sure you need the very heavy duty.
This is a great product for applying extra stress with a resistance band. It's as good as free weights, but much more convenient for storage and travel. There are dozens of appropriate resistance band exercises on the Internet. This is a heavy duty band so the effort required to use it properly is high. If used against an anchor point it is essential that the point is strong enough to withstand the pull. For example, when used against the leg of a bed the pull will cause the bed to move.

Different Item to photo
I used to buy these bands all the time & they would last a long time before eventually snapping but I've received a completely different design made up of two tiny bands with extension straps & two long handles. Disappointed but will try to use them for certain exercises but I was hoping to receive the original shown in the amazon photo as the original were the the best for lateral raises, door anchor flies & standing bicep curls but the ones I received are crap as the tension feel is not the same.

Ideal quality bands.
Ideal tension for what I wanted to hang from the garage rafters and use them for chest and arm exercises. Seem quality and strong.

Bijna geen resistance.
Deze band levert zeker geen 70lb/31kg, voelt meer gelijk aan mijn 40lb banden.Wel redelijk goede kwaliteit.

The 70Lbs band is morelike6 or 7 lbs..... the band in my boxers have more resistance.
