I bought this set of 9 Pcs Hand-held Mini Washboard Portable Washboard Travel hand Double sided Washboard Soft Plastic Hand Folding Washboard for Underwear Socks Baby Clothes Trip Camp Home.These Small Hand-Held Washboards are the perfect size to do a pre-wash/pre-scrub on extra dirty or stained clothes just before you put them in your washer.These are great for hand-washing dirty sweat-bands on hats too!Also really great for hand-washing or spot-cleaning items and clothing.These Mini Washboards are a somewhat thin plastic, so they are fairly flexible, which is great.The ridges are the same on both sides, so you can use them easily for both right-handed or left-handed.I did find that there are a few rough edges on the little washboards, mostly from excess plastic when they were molded. I took a nail file and smoothed out any of the the rough edges I found, so they won't snag any of my delicate garments when I use these to wash them.So why did I buy so many of these?I have one of the small Japan-made, sink wash tubs that has the integrated washboard. I love it so much for washing all of my small and odd-shaped items; like shoe insoles, footie-socks, delicate bras and undies, head-bands, scarves, and about any other small to tiny items you don't really want to put in your washing machine.But I also wanted a small washboard to help me pre-scrub a few items just before I drop them into my top-loading washing machine. Things like the neck areas on shirts and other clothing, arm pit areas, and about anywhere else that may have some staining and need a bit of a pre-scrub.I tried a couple of the smaller, 13 L x 6 W x 1in H, plastic washboards, but they were difficult to manage while scrubbing over my washing machine because they were too stiff and also too big for that kind of use.So, when I saw these small, hand-sized, flexible, little washboards, I decided to get this pack of 9 of them because I knew I'd use them for a lot of different things!So yes, these Hand-Held Washboards are working out super great for me doing my pre-scrub on clothing right before I drop them in my washer.I keep 2 of these Hand-Held Washboards out in our laundry room. My husband and I have separate washing machines, so we need separate washing/scrubbing tools too.My husband is a mechanic, so he gets some serious grease and dirt everywhere! It has worked out best for both of us just to keep our washers and dryers separate. Otherwise, after he washes his work clothes, the machine would actually transfer residual gunk to my clothes, if I dared to wash them in his machine. He does clean out his machine when he want to wash his street clothes, which is about one a week.I also gave another Hand-Held Washboard to my husband so he can wash all of his dirty, smelly, ball-caps better too. He hand washes them in a bucket, but the inside sweatband area always needs to be scrubbed better. I hate washing his stinky work hats, so these will help him to do a much better job when he washes them.I keep another Hand-Held Washboard by the laundry-room sink for when I do my hand-washing in my little sink tub.I keep another Hand-Held Washboard in my kitchen, where I sometimes need to wash off stuff from a towel or pot-holder.I keep another one in my bathroom for quick spot cleans if I spill something on my clothes or apron.I keep another one in my travel bag.I keep another one in my vehicle, for just in case I spill something on my clothes while I am out and about, I can at least grab it and hurry to a bathroom to try to get a stain out.So, it is a great thing that I came across this pack of 9 of the Hand-held Mini Washboard Portable Washboards, because it seems that I will be using them all!Both my Husband and I are very happy with these Hand-Held Washboards!

I needed a washboard for my support stockings. I should have picked a larger one. But it works okay.

This product is great for getting those hard stains that don't come out after a wash cycle. Now I can prep and scrub out stubborn stains before each wash. Easy to use.

They dont really fit your hand but I haven’t seen anything else Ike them anywhere so they get the job done.

Nice size. Seem to be good quality. I like the thumb grip. I plan to include them in girls shoebox gifts at Christmas.

These are useful little boards for scrubbing clothes on. Great for travel due to the small size if you want to wash something.I don't find them the most comfortable to hold, but I also don't think I've found the best way to hold them quite yet.I don't feel like I need 9 of them, so I will probably share with family and friends.I did notice some of the edges weren't entirely smooth, causing concern with potentially snagging my clothes. I used some sandpaper and spent less than 10 minutes smoothing the edges and leftover bits.

I bought this from Daiso and needed more.It's much easier to order from Amazon than to get to a store for me right now so I was happy to find them on Amazon (and at a better price for multiples!). I travel a good bit and wear merino wool socks and underwear and I like to travel light. I wear a pair of underwear and have a second pair and alternate them. This little washboard makes it super easy to clean them at the end of the day when I shower (or in a sink). Wring them out and hand them to dry and they are ready for their next wear as I wash the other pair. Same for socks!I used to take my Scrubba bag everywhere but this is much more convenient to hand wash delicates on shorter journeys. It would be great for spot cleaning and pre-treating clothing prior to laundry at home or on the road, too.It's small, light (yet rigid/durable), and takes up zero room in my toiletry bag.

These are small, plastic washboards with a loop to help the user hold them steady. They are suitable for scrubbing small items (socks, undies, etc.) in a sink or basin or for scrubbing pre-treated spots on larger items before regular laundering. They are small enough to carry for travel.They are not suitable for laundering large items. In other words, if you want to scrub out your socks while camping, these tiny washboards will work well, but, if you want to wash your dirty jeans by hand in a hotel bathtub, these itty-bitty things are not suitable.My main gripe, however, is that the package holds NINE of these things. Nine! Not many people can find a use for nine mini-washboards. The company needs to offer them in sets of two or three.
