It really pulls your hair and it's cheaply made I would not buy it again it's not as good as the one I got 5 years ago wish it was hopefully hot tools will go back to the ones they made 5 years ago

Good product for the price -

I’m giving it 5 stars because overall it works as it should and is a good deal for the price point. Upon arrival, it looks brand new in the original packaging wrapped in plastic. Once opened, it’s obvious that the product is either old overstock or returns that couldn’t be placed back on the shelf. The cord was completely wrapped around the entire flat iron, which is not how manufacturers package product like this.I bought an identical model at Ulta years ago and it recently broke, so I knew how the product worked already, and when I found it on Amazon for a fraction of what I paid for it before, I purchased. It works and does what it should.

Don't waste your money! This broke almost immediately.

Straightener gets work and works great.

The edges of the plates pull out my hair. Also feel like it takes a long time for it to actually straighten the hair have to do super small sections

I'm giving this a low review because of the dang cord! The end doesn't swivel like it's supposed to because it's too stiff so it's constantly getting twisted and tangled and hooks onto the drawer knobs with the loop it creates. Irritating. As far as the actual iron goes, it heats up pretty quickly straightening the hair nicely as it runs very smoothly without any snagging and also produces really nice curls. I just wish the cord wasn't so dang annoying and would spin freely like other irons.
