Oreimo Series 1 Collection [DVD]

Was a fun show, OVA is a bit vulgar but the bit which made it an 18 rating must have gone over my head (only the OVA disc is 18). It doesn't contain nudity if you're wondering. I will say it's one of the rare OVAs worth the money (imo) as it does actually provide plot advancement going into series 2. It's not the typical recap of the series + random silly stuff with no relevance to the plot.

Oreimo (My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute) is based on a series of light novels.It follows the adventures of Kousaka Kyousuke and his little sister Kousaka Kirino, as he finds out about her addiction to everything to do with little sisters.Hilarity ensues as Kyousuke stats to get dragged into the world of the Otaku.There is a few heartfelt moments between the siblings and a lot of humour that is relevant to the situations that happen and some that is of an acquired taste.Overall a good first season box set that actually includes the OVAs that actually leads well into the second and final season.

One show I will never forget, the humor is just so freaking great. Yes, you have to like this kind of humor but if you get into it,you will have a crush on the humor and the characters one after each other.The opening is awesome,Irony from Claris it is.It has no english dub but that's not one of my concerns.because in this show the english sub and the japanese dub is a fit.I really would recommend this anime to everyone who likes a bit ecchi with a massive amiunt of great humor. (The humor goes into the direction of kissxsis )

Fantastic anime. No clue why it's rated 18. Subs aren't as good as fansubs but hey! It's good to support a anime you love.
