this product is very good and easy to use.

Good product
I like the kettle a lot, used it everyday. There are 2 cracks on the rim of kettle lid, wish to get a replacement of the broken part.

Do not buy this product. The stew pot is made of glass and very fragile. Once you break it, you can’t buy a replacement pot. No one sell these insert. Throw the whole machine away. Terrible

No videos in english or on you tube what you can do with it fir usa north amercia buyer ,price way too highyFood grade steel quality, bottom plate is very cheap and lot of food stick into it as well as mix of plastic and glass and steel didnot do good job to keep it clean
