Can't wash it
The care instructions on the label are different from what's buried in the product description! There was orange dye inside the bag it came in, so it wasn't an option to not wash it before putting it on my furniture. The throw fell apart. If you can't wash it, you can't use it!DON’T PUT THIS CHENILLE THROW BLANKET WITH LONG TASSELS IN THE WASHING MACHINE-The plush chenille material will likely become undone in the wash. You risk damage even by putting it on a low or cold cycle. Furthermore, excess water exposure will cause chenille to shrink. Spot cleaning or hand-wash is suggested.Spot cleaning means treating only the part of the throw that has a stain on it.

Don’t wash this blanket in the washing machine
You can not wash this blanket in the washer. It does say spot clean only which I didn’t see the tag It now has lots of threads pulled out like big snags
