It worked!
I worked! When I brought this blank car key to the lock shop, they warned me that a lot of these Amazon keys don't work and that they would charge me anyway even if it didn't work. But then he took pity on me (probably saw my crestfallen face) and ran some tests on it and it seemed like it was promising.He made the key and it worked perfectly. I wanted it for a spare as we bought the car used and it had only one key.So, yes, it worked perfectly and was much cheaper than if I had purchased the key from the shop I was at.PS - In case you want to know it cost about $80 for me to have it cut and programmed where I live.Also, a lot of the negative reviews I read were because they bought the wrong year. I don't know how you blame that on the product since it is clearly listed which years this works for.

This is the cheapest part. Once you get it, you have to have it cut and programmed!

Not same size as Honda. Slightly smaller.
My Honda key fob cracked so I thought I could just transplant the key and guts. Not the case. Gonna have to take it to a locksmith for cutting and calibration.
