I have used lot of Audio interface and wondered why I am not getting the sound I want. But this gentle beast by Antelope seems to be answer. Im still exploring its limits. Thumbs up. I will write another review after some time. till now great product. Get it if you really want professional sound quality and want to focus only in music production!

All about Game Change ♾

Before this, I was using Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 2nd gen. and loved it for the amount of INs/OUTs for the money. But....when I got the Antelope Zen Go, I was blown away.The sound is MASSIVE! I heard the output on RM-07 monitors and there were frequencies I'd never heard before. I do miss the INs, but it's a good trade off for the audio quality. If you have the dough, just go for this...you will not regret!Mac users - (I installed this on Big Sur) - the kernel installation setting needs to be changed in the boot menu and then it works like a wonder!AFX2DAW saves so much memory it's insane!!!!

I've heard great reviews for Antelope Audio gear for a couple years. I decided to pull the trigger on the Zen Go interface. Man, was I not disappointed. Solid unit. Took a bit to set up but they've got great videos available to walk you through. Beautiful preamps, outstanding plug-ins included. My guitar sounds like a guitar through an amp! Not the buzzy sounding versions on other plug-ins... latency free is key here!

I really loved my new interface zen go, gives you smooth and high quality experience. i suggest everyone to buy this interface to get the best quality in your music production and vocal recording.

My Apollo Twin USB just died after only 8 buggy years of owning it. So for those who are looking for a comparison, there is none. Universal Audio products, from my experience, are not long-term investments. The Apollo would constantly disconnect from my computer, crashing my sessions. I'd have to restart my system to get it to come back online. Lost days of my life doing this, over and over again. I decided to buy this version of the Antelope Zen Go to take advantage of my PC motherboard's rather unique Thunderbolt connector. Installation was easy. Where I ran into a problem was getting my PC and interface to talk to each other via my Thunderbolt cable. To do this, I downloaded a free app, mentioned deep in the Antelope Site, called Voice Meeter. From there I was able to assign the Zen Go to my monitor speakers. After that everything worked. No pops. No clicks. No noise. No disconnects. No crashes. The thing just works. Now I have a powerful, clean connection from PC to Speakers. It's all I need really. I haven't road tested the preamps yet. I'm told they are excellent, but I'll probably switch them off in favor of my external Earthworks 521 ZDT when it comes time to recording. I also downgraded from 2 stereo 1/4" outputs to one stereo 1/4" output. This was deliberate as I only need my monitors and headphones to mix, knowing how to run a mono signal through them, and am retiring my Behritone mono cube. I will also miss the direct Hi Z guitar interface my Apollo had. Buying a Zen Q would account for both of these shortcomings, but you can definitely play guitar through the Zen Go by messing with the controls and using the rear line in. Plus there is a wealth of guitar amp emulators Antelope offers for free when you register the device. I am very happy with my purchase and am never looking back.

Ero un pò titubante nel sostituire la mia "fedele" ID14 mkII con questa Antelope Zen Go, ed a parte qualche difficoltà nella configurazione e nella comprensione iniziale delle possibilità offerte dal mixer, devo dire che mi sto trovando veramente bene ed i plugin gratuiti inclusi sembrano di ottima qualità, non vorrei dire meglio o peggio di quelli che mette a disposizione la UAD, ma sicuramente molto validi.

I purchased this interface so that I could stream my DAW to StreamLabs OBS without the headache of latency of software plugins or having 2 PC's running an interface each and doing a manual loopback between the two. This interface ended up better than expected for my purpose! Not only is the loopback feature really straightforward to work with but I can also set it to a specific channel that my pc recognises independently. When this interface is plugged into my PC I can select from 4 different audio devices that are marked as channels 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, and 7/8 giving me the freedom to output what I want to OBS easily. If you are planning on streaming your DAW this interface is a must!I am still getting the hang of some other features, but I am yet to be disappointed by anything. The only thing that would be a little more convenient is muting the microphone and turning on/off phantom power from the interface itself. These can be done easily in the software though so it's not a big loss.
