I had no great expectations on this product but it fit the stove top well and did exactly as advertised protecting the stove top and making clean up a lot easier. This purchase was worth it for me.

Was looking for a protector for a new gas stove. Decided on this. Came without any instructions at all.... just rolled up material. Was hard to cut, hard to situate. there was nothing to tell me how far away from the burners to cut this.... no warnings about melting, etc. It is hard to wash off. and lots of stuff sticks to it. Find something better if you can. I wish they made them specific to each make and model so it would be easy to use.

Disappointed that it is not thicker. It could be an inch longer from front to back. Would prefer some sort of marking tool to make my own cutouts. Too early to determine if durable over time.

First of all aligning holes is not that hard. Take a piece of cardboard cut to size of silicon sheet. Place cardboard on stove top (burners removed). Press hard where each gas tube is so it imprints the card board. Flip the cardboard and punch a pencil thru the center of the impression. center the burner on the pencil (dont forget you flip the cardboard so left burners now go to the right.) mark a circle around the burner with a sharpie. repeat for all burners. Now tape or clamp the silicone to the underside of the cardboard. Place on a cutting board or other cutting surface, silicone side down. Take you box cutter and cut on the lines. You don't need to cut thru 100%, you can finish up later with a scissors. Place the silicone on the stove top and cut the corners to lie flat. Work out bubbles. I you ever plan on getting another save the cardboard to use as a template.Now as for the product itself. Unless you stovetop is perfectly flat you will end up with some ripples you just won't be able to get out. I am hoping that it will eventually relax with heat and mold in but I am skeptical. If it does prove cleanable, reusable and molds in with time I will update and as stars.

Poor quality. Too small. Better to use foil. Must cut holes for burners, difficult to cut even6.

what makes this one better is that you can cut to fit as needed. Easy to cut and align!

it takes to much time to cut

It was horrible and end up in the bin. There is no template and it is difficult to put it smooth without winkle.

Habían pasado solo algunos días puestos en mi estufa y la capa negra comenzó a desprenderse, además esta capa se derrite con el calor y se adhiere a la estufa, es algo realmente molesto, en vez de proteger dañan la estufa.También quiero comentar que es difícil de colocar y de cortar y muy difícil de lavar pues las manchas se adhieren y no salen.No sé si otro tipo de protectores funcionen pero definitivamente estos No los recomiendo
