I love these! I'm on my 4th or 5th pack at this stage. I started taking them when I started lifting weights in the gym as I found I had really sore muscles for days afterwards. When I take these, they help reduce the inflammation and reduce my recovery time. I'm now exercising 4 - 5 days a week consistently, and while I still get sore, these really help. When I run out, I notice it takes longer to recover. These were also great through the dark days in the winter when I would usually feel tired and a bit depressed on the grey days. I think the extra Vit D has really stood to me. I sometimes get mild psoriasis as well, on my scalp and torso, but I really haven't had any issues since starting these. My hair is now healthy, glossy and thick, and I don't loose as much hair as I did when I had scalp psoriasis. All round super supplement!

Great quality, with highest dose of EPA and DHA of any brand I have found, per capsule. Note - some other brands give a combined dose over two or three capsules, but with advertising making it looks as if from one.Not here though... These are the real deal!Capsules are big and long, but easy for me to swallow with water.Bovine gelatin, so not for vegetarians...I will buy again!
