Not bad and fun to assemble
Pretty much just as described and shown. Wood was good quality. Nothing warped. All pieces fit. Instructions are ikea like. Some parts poorly labeled. Some parts labels are not shown in the instructions. But it’s all pretty straightforward and easy to figure out, hence the fun. The three cross pieces are not interchangeable. Bottom piece is the one with the channel all the way across the bottom for the bottom guide. Top channel has one smooth side for top of door. Remember to match predrilled hole on side pieces for the hanging hardware (both on top obviously). Not sure point of foam on inside channels. I guess to stop any rattling of pieces but they hold the slats apart on final assembly and create a gap between side pieces and cross pieces. I left it since gap didn’t bother me on rustic look. I agree with others that included long screws are of poor quality. East to strip Philips head. I recommend starting them with a drill screw driver to about half way and finishing by hand with a lot of steady down pressure. Careful with the small screws. They can easily split the wood. Overall quite happy and would recommend.

Insta-door!
Who knew you could buy a ready-to-assemble barn door that was actually extremely sturdy and hefty? Welp, this one is all it claims to be and more! Super easy to follow instructions with diagrams! Took about an hour to put together solo. It didn’t mention gluing the joints, but I chose to do that probably added some time to the job.My one complaint is that one of the tall frame boards is bowed, so that when the door is hanging from the rail, the bottom right edge bows inward slightly, causing that edge to rub the baseboard when the door is op bed or closed. No way to remedy this as the board is clearly warped. My advice is to inspect integrity of the wood before assembling. I took away 1 star for this defect.

Great quality and price. Easy to assemble!
Update. 9/7/20. Second 36” door we ordered arrived today and you can see In the pics the board A is cracked in several places. One looks like they even tried to glue before sending. Other one is so cracked we could use this board as it break. Hoping for a quick reply from seller and a replacement board send ASAP. **got a reply a few hours later and board was shipped the next day. Very easy to assemble and look good. I actually had to order another door, 36”. When taking all the measurements I didn’t even think about the tandem hinges taking some of the length up so the two 28” doors don’t quite cover the closet opening and moulding. This has nothing to do with the door though and I ordered the 3rd door from here too. Also decided to put another coat of black stain on the existing door, while I wait for the other one to get here. I would suggest that when shipping more than one door, don’t bundle them together. UPS was going to leave it by my mailbox bc it was to heavy for him. It was raining that day and luckily I walked out when I saw him and told him I would help him get it to my door.

Wood is warped and cheap. 96" doors.
The long side panels are two pieces and do not fit together well. Looks terrible. The boards in the middle are thin and warped already out of the box. Two of the cross boards were too short. The holes for the hardware are too small. The assembly including adjusting, drilling, sanding, gluing to make the doors nice and functional was a nightmare.

Great product
Amazed with the quality of the wood, and very happy with our finished barn door in the new house. Great price and easy to piece together.

One word: WARPED ! plus cheap screw that break
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: after assembling the left side board is the worse of many! very twisted very warped if this is what they send out of factory as good enough product be very afraid. I bought a second door fed x rough it up ! after opening box what i found was warped boards as if they took them off the reject pile then shipped out. I would look for a better company. I found the screws were very cheap. They broke about a inch in with the head getting stuck in hole. this happen to 3 of the main screws . the little black screw about 1 inch long are just crap. some are fine and other were flawed heads full of cheap metal plus head strip very easy. they only going about 1/2 inch in to soft wood. that is how cheap they are. so be ridiculously careful. the door seemed fine and very easy to put together. Just so sad the screws break off. it would have been nice to get a warning just saying. go buy better screws these ones are junk.

Wet wood
It was easy to put together, but you had to do it fast. Forget waiting to stain, because the wood will warp. By the time I got the last side on 36 hrs later it was bent a bit. The very thin pieces which go diagonally across the door were so warped because they get put on last that I had to wet them and place weights on them to get them straight. Photo #3 shows a little warp still. Also the top of the door has the holes pre-drilled for the wheels. One was measured wrong and so the real hole should be 1/2” away from predrill. That will weaken everything and bondo wont look good. (Pic 1&2)This door may be a good quick fix, but lacks quality.
