At least an XL, or maybe a 2x for extra length. XL is about 46-48 IN around the chest, and about 31 inches long. The 2x is about 50-52 inches around the chest, and 32 inches long.

Who would have thought Men's fit would be perfect!

This is a cool looking shirt. At first I thought the men's cut would be too square, but the fit is just right. If you don't like your shirts to be tight fitting and you want it to be below your waist, this shirt is perfect. The quality is good and DMC print looks great.
